Supply, installation and commissioning of 60TR air cooled chiller unit with multiple scroll compressor, necessary steel supports. The rates include supply, installation, commissioning, loading,transporatation, unloading, crane charges and all other expenses to complete the installation of 60TR chiller unit at terrace level (5th floor level) of Thapasya building, Infopark-Kochi as Instucted by Engineer in Charge, Infopark. Note : The rate quoted shall be considering the buyback of price of 2nos old 60TR unit now installted at terrace of Thapasya building

Supply,installtion,testing and commissioing of 100mm butterfly valve (manual) with C I body SS disc nitrile sheet & O - ring & PN 16 pressure rating duly insulated (insulation thickness will be 50mm) with fire retardant quality expanded polystrene moulded of density 20 kg/cu.m after a thick coat of cold setting adhesive (CPRX compound) wrapping with 500g polythene faced hessain and finally applying 0.63mm aluminium sheet cladding complete with type3 , grade 1 roofing feltstrip(as per IS:1322 as amended up to date) at joints repairing of damage to building etc as per specifications and as required complete in all respect.. Required size and quantity of flange also to be consider in the basic rate. Note : Existing butterfly valve/ flange dismantiling cost also to be consider in the basic rate

Supply, installtion , testing and commissioing of MS chilled water piping size 100mm inside/outside the building with necessary threaded rod support/MS support, slotted channel , clamps, nuts and bolts and necessary fittings duly insulated(insulation thickness will be 50mm) with fire retardant quality expanded polystrene moulded pipe section of density 20 kg/cu.m after a thick coat of cold setting adhesive (CPRX compound) wrapping with 500g polythene faced hessain and finally applying 0.63mm aluminium sheet cladding complete with type3 , grade 1 roofing feltstrip(as per IS:1322 as amended up to date) at joints repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required complete in all respect. The MS pipe shall apply 1 coat of Zinc chromate primer before cladding. Note:- Existing pipe dismantiling cost also to be consider in the basic rate

Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of 50mm thickness insulation with fire retardant quality expanded polystrene moulded pipe section of density 20 kg/cu.m after a thick coat of cold setting adhesive (CPRX compound) wrapping with 500g polythene faced hessain and finally applying 0.63mm aluminium sheet cladding complete with type3 , grade 1 roofing feltstrip (as per IS:1322 as amended up to date) at joints repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required complete in all respect on existing pipe of diameter 100mm (as per IS:1322 as amended up to date). Note : The existing pipe insulation and rust to be removed and apply 1 coat of Zinc chromate primer before cladding.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of industrial type pressure gauges ( Range -10bar , Type Non liquid & material - SS) with gunmetal / brass valves( Type : Ball Type , Size - 3/8") complete as required Note:- Existing pressure gauge dismantiling cost also to be consider in the basic rate

Supply and installation of Thermometer for chill water pipe lines Note:- Existing Thermometer dismantiling cost also to be consider in the basic rate

Supply and Installation of actuator suitable for 80mm 3 way valve

Supply and Installation of 80 mm 3-way valve including nut and bolt and gasket

Dismantling of existing 3 way valve and actuator

Room temperature controller with LCD for cooling systems connected to actuator for controlling of 3 way valve

AMC period of 60TR chiller will commence after the Defect Liability period (DLP). For more details, pls refer CoC page No : 119 and 120
