Excavation in foundation, trenches, etcetera in earth work in all kinds of classification, of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work saturated soils including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soils, dewatering and / or removal of slush and other incidentals, lift up to any height stacking excavated soil up to all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimetre) thick layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth to the disposal point within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including with in all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling upto all height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :

Foundation, footings, bases of columns etcetera and mass concrete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Beam, cantilever, girders and lintels, sides and soffits of beam beams haunching cantilevers girders bressumers and lintels of any depth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Columns, pillars, posts and struts square, rectangular, polygonal in plan including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( one cement : three sand : six graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( one cement : one and half sand : three graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work in foundation footing, bases of columns and the like mass concrete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. .

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete in all floors including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Second class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks of approved kiln in super structure above plinth level upto floor all level in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement : five sand) including curing complete and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Second class half brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks of approved kiln in super structure above plinth level upto floor all level in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) and curing complete and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium work for door, window, ventilator and glazed partition frames with extruted built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make confirming to IS:733 and IS:1285 anodised transparent or dyed to require shade accordingly to IS:1868 (minimum anodic coating of grade AC15) fixed with raw plugs and screws or with fixing clips , necessary filling up of gaps and junctions at top , bottom and sides with required with PVC/neoprene felt etcetra. Aluminium section shall be smooth rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleasts angle, aluminium, snap beeding for glazing/panelling C.P. brass/stainless steel screws for door, window, ventilator and glazed partition frames complete in all respect with in all leads, lifts, carriage of material, other incidential charges complete as per Architectural Drawings and the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge .
