Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth,1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, lead upto 150m and lift upto 1.5m,including shoring,dewatering, all labour charges, hire charges of all tools and plants etc. complete as directed by the officers concerned,The disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : Foundations,footings,basesof columns,etc.for mass concrete including all labour charges, hire charges of all tools & plants,all mechinaries etc. complete as directed by the officers concerned.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and cement concrete - All work up to plinth level with 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).including all labour charges, hire charges of all tools and plants etc. complete as directed by the officers concerned.

Filling available excavated earth/building rubbish (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by using power roller, ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers. including all labour charges, hire charges of all tools & plants,all mechinaries etc. complete as directed by the officers concerned.

Reinforced Cement Concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs,columns having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for RCC work(using Fe 450/500 TMT) including straightening, cutting, bending placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level and including all labour charges, hire charges of all tools & plants,all mechinaries etc. complete as directed by the officers concerned.

Providing and laying factory made precast solid block of 200mm thickness of grade M10 made of C&D waste from approved manufacturer in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level. Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 coarse sand)

Plastering with CM 1:4,12mm thick in superstructure walls and ceiling(up to 10m height) floated hard and trowelled smooth one coat including cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges,Scaffolding Charges, hire charges of all tools & plants,all mechinaries etc. complete as directed by the officers concerned.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer

Painting with silicon and acrylic emulsion based water thinnable sealer of approved brand(Two or more coats on new work) and manufacture on wet or patchy portion of plastered surface including all labour charges,Scaffolding charges, hire charges of all tools and plants etc. complete as directed by the officers concerned.

Fabrication and erection of steel work (up to 12m height) in builtup sections,trussess and framed works ,including cutting,hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc.. complete.Cost includes bolts,Nuts,washers etc..(preparation of shop drawing and getting approval before fabrication is also included in the scope)The work including all labour charges,Scaffolding, hire charges of all tools and plants etc. complete as directed by the officers concerned

Painting with synthetic enamel paint (up to 12m height) of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats including all labour charges,Scaffolding charges, hire charges of all tools and plants etc. complete as directed by the officers concerned.

Providing and fixing galvalume profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.5 mm ( + 0.05 %), total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 gm per sqm as per IS:277 in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required and all labour charges,Scaffolding charges, hire charges of all tools and plants etc. complete as directed by the officers concerned.

Providing ridges or hips(up to 12m height) of width 60 cm overall width plain Galvalume profile sheet (0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m² ) fixed with self drilling /self tapping screws of required size. including all labour charges,Scaffolding charges, hire charges of all tools and plants etc. complete as directed by the officers concerned.0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m²

Providing and fixing 15cm wide, 45cm overall semi-circular plain G.S sheet gutter(0.80mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m²) with iron brackets 40x3mm size, bolts, nuts & washers, etc., including scaffolding,making necessary connections with rainwater pipes complete. 0.80mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m²

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters( preparation of shop drawing and sample approval as directed by the engineer in charge)80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover,3 X 3 Roling shutter

Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters.

Supplying and Fixing 10kgf/cm² Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes for internal/external work, including all fittings, fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing, jointing of pipes using PVC solvent cement and testing of joints , labour charges, hire charges of all tools and plants etc. complete as directed by the officers concerned.2 inches dia Pipe with fittings

Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks (Factory made) of size 30x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part I of 1979 for foundation and plinth with 20cm and above in: CM 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc.including all labour charges, hire of tools and plants etc. complete as directed by the officers concerned.

Supplying and fixing storm water drainage pipe of OD 150mm (up to 9 metre height) 6kgf/cm² PVC slotted pipes for work including all fittings, fixing the pipe with the clamps, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, hire charges of all tools and plants etc complete as directed by the officers concerned.

Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar

Fixing and levelling departmentally supplied drain traps/sink installations etc including all labour charges as directed by the officers concerned.

Cleaning and washing using jetting of water and applying one or more coat of water thinnable cement primer (up to 10 metre height) of approved brand including sufficient quantity of wall putty applied in existing irregular surface wherever required and water papering, washing etc. including all labour charges,Scaffolding charges, hire charges of all tools and plants etc. complete as directed by the officers concerned.
