Material and labour for taking out 30 HP capacity Electric Motor and Vertical Turbine Pump at low lift of Main Pump house by unbolting of foundation nut, bolts, disconnecting the water and electric connnection and taking out defective turbine pump set including column pipes/line shaft from Jack well, after replacing defective spare parts, reassembling the pump set and lowering of repaired turbine pump set including column pipes/line shaft in the jackwell and making water and electric connection as per existing for running of pump motors complete all as specified. Note:- Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item.

Material and labour for taking out following capacity centrifugal pumping sets from foundation, disconnecting the water and electric connnection and transporting to work shop, opening the pump for inspecting all parts to identify defective parts, cleaning / servicing & greasing including refixing and replacement of the defective items including testing and commissioning complete all as specified. (i) Gun metal bush for pump - 1 Set. (ii) Remetalling, grinding turning & facing of impeller of pump if required. (iii) Replacement of gland packing. (iv) Replacement of gland nut bolt & replacement of damaged foundation bolts. (v) Reassembling of pumping set and transporting back to pump house, installing, connecting with water & electric connection and testing for performance complete all as directed. Note:- Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for taking out electric motor for rewinding of capacity 30 HP vertical induction motor 3 phase 415 Volts, by disconnection from terminal & pump coupling & foundation complete removing of motor, carrying to workshop for rewinding after opening motor, removing burnt copper wire from stator, cleaning all parts throughly, rewinding motor stator with same gauge and same No of turns of super enamelled copper wire including insulating materials and varnishing, heating/ bakinf up to desird temperature etc and Painting the repaired motor externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and reassembling/ fixing the motor and pump set at its original location, making proper allignment connecting the motor with supply and testing complete all as directed

Dismantling of Worn out Pump Set Foundation Channel by removing of C/F Pump Set of 75/50 HP, including taking out of Foundation Nut, Bolt and washer complete all as directed

Supply and fixing of Foundation Channel for 75 HP Pump Set made of Iron duly painted with red oxide primer and non-corosive Black Paint, with all necessary Nut, Bolts, washer including cement work with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 20mm graded aggregate and installation of Pump Set in same position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair of clarifloculator system by replacing all unserviceable parts likes (a) to (f) below including replacement of clarifloculator scraper arms, blades of fibre glass sizes a s per existing, MS equal angle, MS Sheet including neessary cutting, welding, riveting and providing two coat of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, Zinc chromo Primer includingc Cleaning of Clarifloculator of capcity 1,20,000 Gln/hr, Areator, water channel by means of wire brush, including floor and wall inside, repair the crack on concrete wall as required including preparation of surface and writing of "Capacity ,tank cleaned on Date, month & year complete all as specified and directed. (a) Centre ball bearing as per existing - 01 No as per sample. (b) MS shaft coupling suitable for 40mm dia MS shaft including nuts, bolts and washers etc- 01 Set as per sample. (c) Slip Ring Assembly with Carbon as per sample. (d) Bowl gear pinion - 01 No as per sample. (e) Conveyer chain of mild steel for gear pinion assembly - 01 No as per sample. (f) Wheel bush - 01 set as per sample. (g) Scope of work includes repairing of existing tile surfaces by providing new Non Skid ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.06 but not exceeding 0.11 sqm of matching colour as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:6, of approximately 5 Sqm area all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cleaning of Under Ground sump of following capacity, manually as described below and all as directed by Engr- in charge. (a) Suitably blocking the incoming and outgoing wash out pipes for avoiding mud and foreign meterials deposited in the sump getting into pipes and chocking it prior to starting the cleaning. (b) Bail out complete water remaining in the U.G Sump before cleaning the mud and other deposits. (c) Filling up the U.G Sump full and feed the affected residential/OTM consumers enough water to sustain during the sump cleaning period. (d) Manually remove deposited mud sludge and other foreign particles and deposit the same separately away from tanks in low laying areas and levelling as directed by Engr- in- charge.. (e) Clean the floor wall and dome of theU.G Sump by jetting water using rotary pressure jets, remove the sludge so deposited completely by rubbing the wall / floor with brushes and repeat removal and depositing (Approved detergent shall be used) (f) Disinfect the tank with FOA / WHO specified chemical and make the tank totally bacteria free. (g) Apply a coat of white cement paint out side surface area as per directed by Engr- in charge. (h) Writing of the date of cleaning of the water tank with white letters on black background

Demolition old unserviceable broken valve pit and material and labour for construction of valve pit of brick masonry of size (2 x 2 x 1.5 m) internal dimension complete with Angle Iron, 3.15mm thick MS sheet cover and locking arrangement including excavation and earth work and P.C.C 1:3:6 type with provision of two coat of synthetic enamal paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete.

Supply and fix in repair MCCB four pole 415 volts 50 Hz, 250 amps, with rupturing capacity 25 KA complete all as specified and directed including taking down old unserviceable MCCB. ICS = 100% ICU

Material and labour for cleaning of over head reservoirs of capacity 60000 GLN at RR Hill , manually as described below and all as directed by Engr- in charge. (a) Suitably blocking the incoming and outgoing wash out pipes for avoiding mud and foreign meterials deposited in the reserviors getting into pipes and chocking it prior to starting the cleaning. (b) Bail out complete water remaining in the over head reservior before cleaning the mud and other deposits. (c) Filling up the over head water tank of user full and feed the affected residential/OTM consumers enough water to sustain during the resevior cleaning period. (d) Manually remove deposited mud sludge and other foreign particles and deposit the same separately away from tanks in low laying areas and levelling as directed by E.I.C. (d) Clean the floor wall and dome of the resevvior by jetting water using rotary pressure jets, remove the sludge so deposited completely by rubbing the wall / floor with brushes and repeat removal and depositing (Approved detergent shall be used) (e) Disinfect the tank with FOA / WHO specified chemical and make the tank totally bacteria free. (f) Apply a coat of black bituminous paint on tank man hole covers including surface preparation. (g) Writing of the date of cleaning of the water tank with white letters on black background.Remove the blockage from inlet / outlet over flow pipes, refill the tank with water and supply water at supply timings, ensure satisfactory distribution. (h) M&L for arresting leakages by means of weilding, patch work with required size of MS Sheet
