REPAIRS TO ROOF TREATMENT, FALSE CEILING, TILING AND THEIR CONNECTED ITEMS IN SERVANT QTRS, OMQ, OFFRS AREA ETC AT AF-I UNDER GE (AF) JAMNAGAR NO.2

M&L for complete removal of existing unserviceable water proofing treatment from top of roof and canopies/chajjas of building including removal of debris outside MD land all as directed.

M&L for providing screed bed of 15mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finish, mixed with liquid WPC as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces of concrete surfaces without using extra cement as in roof complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid separately.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment by applying one coat of oil base bituminous primer @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm with brush/roller laying of 3 mm thick APP based polymer modified membrane reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric with white mineral gravel finish on upper side of membrane(Wt not less than 150 gms/sqm laid on primed surface by forced application and sealing all the overlaps 150mm in length side and 100 mm in width side of membrane laid with torch application as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound

Supplying & applying asian paint smart care damp proof ultra or equivalent coating for roof of specific gravity 1.15 gm/cc & tensile strength of 2.9 Mpa on horizontal/ vertical surface coating area 10 sqft/ltr. The system includes one coat of self priming smart care damp proof diluted with 33% of water per ltr with brush over 2 coat of water proofing smart care damp proof without any dilution of thinner / water with roller to achieve a min thickness of 1 to 2mm complete as per manufecturer specification complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cemet concrete any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) of average thickness 50 mm in adequate slope 1:40 on roof surfaces for padding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc.500 ltr and n exc 1000 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs of tank base platform, etc. and reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ceiling board with fittings and any description including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F false ceiling with 12mm thick plaster of paris sheets of size 1.20m x2.40m cut at any size and fixed with machine screws on and including GI channel 22 gauge thick grid work, main joists placed at 1.20m center to centre, cross joists placed at 450mm centre to centre, hanging with 22 gauge GI strip suspenders from roof, ‘J’ hooks bolts and nuts etc and treating the POP sheets with thin layer of POP with gypsum anhydrous binder and prepare the surface till smooth surface is achieved and applying two coats of texture paint of any pattern and design over a coat of texture primer on ceiling sheets all complete as required as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Pattern and design shell be directed by Engr in Charge during execution of work. (b) The exposure surface of the false ceilng shall be joint less even smooth to receive texture paint. (c) The POP Sheets shall be fixed with suitabe screws below the grid shall not be placed over the grid.

M&L for decorative cornices/moulding using POP of cross sectional dimension exc. 25 Sqcm and n.exc 50 Sqcm as per pattern and design as approved and fixed in position including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of textured paint over primers match with the ceiling sheets complete all as specified and directed. Note : Pattern and design shell be directed by Engr-in-Charge during execution of work.

Complete removal of the existing treatment on old / new plastered surface of walls / ceiling and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of approved primer matching with the colour of ceiling sheets complete including one coat of average POP punning of average thickness 3mm complete all as specified and directed. Note : The POP punning shall be carried out immediately after removing the existing treatmet of wall surfaces. Applicatin of Plastic emulsion paint shall be carried out by Roller application in monolithic manner.

S&F false ceiling of pre painted gypsum building boards, manufactured from homogeneous mixture of cement, quartz and cellulose and cured with high pressure steam using auto claving process confirming to IS-14862, of size 600mm x 600mm x 12mm thick over and including anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) snap grid frame work of T section (main and cross member) of size 20mm x 20mm x 1.00mm thick in square pattern of grid size 600mmx600mm. The aluminium frame work will be supported on side wall with the use of 'L' section of size 20mmx20mmx1.00 angles etc.snap grid shall be supported with hangers of 4mm dia. galvanised iron wire adjusting level fixed to roof slabs / truss etc by means of ceiling cleats made out of galvanised iron flat of size 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fastener 12.5 mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair false ceilings tiles of size 594mm x 594mm RH-99 mineral fibre sound absorbing sheet 12mm thick micro look edge laid on the 600mm x 600mm module complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel water tubing and connection 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 500 litres capacity triple layer (white), rotational molded, polythene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed on roof in position, including all fitting such as connection pieces with GI nipple for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow etc and including 25 mm size ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 1000 litres capacity tripple layer, rotational moulded, polythene water storage tank with cover (Cylindrical vertical with closed top),colour white, hoisted and fixed on roof in position, including all fitting such as connection pieces with GI nipple for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow etc and including 25 mm size ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 25mm bore ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removal of debris to out side MS land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work /concrete surfaces/ PCC block/stone masonry wall surface, finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in two layers 10mm & 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work /concrete surfaces/ PCC block/stone masonry wall surface, including mixing liquid water proofing compound in second layer only as per manufacturers instructions, finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured & paid separately.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on on ceiling, finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of chalk whitening complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of chajja / roof projection / roof spout by taking down old plaster applying 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement and complete surface finish with two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a alkli resistant primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling, incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 but n exc 2.00 km complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non - skid joint free coloured Ceramic tiles (1st quality) not less than 7 mm thick of size exc 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.11 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles over & including 15mm screed bed or bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free (edge cut) coloured glazed ceramic tiles thickness not less than 7mm size of tiles 300mmx450mm as in skirting / dado etc laid jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shed vitrified coloured ceramic tiles not less than 10 mm thick of size 600x600 mm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed be in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of kota stone slabs and granite tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons cills or platform etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite work 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in coloured cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of granite / kota stone slabs edge, such as in steps cooking platform, and other similar situation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of existing treatment of old surface including brooming down , scrapping down smoke soot, mould, moss and efforescent salts and trading oil and grease spouts and cleaning with water on wall applying one coat of acrylic emulsion (exterior whether coat) paint of any tint as approved complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials(Cement concrete any description, bricks, stone slab and tiles, bricks dust or mud etc) to a distance of 30 KM beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination all as specified and as directed. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
