OD5152/2026-2027:Supply, conveyance installation testing and commissioning the light fittings made of CRCA sheet with 0.5mm thickness complete with all accessories and lamps etc. directly on wall or ceiling and giving connections with required length of 16/0.20mm 3 core copper conductor flex wire conforming to relevant ISS or extending the original wiring and giving connection etc. as required. including providing 1200 mm 20 W T8 LED tube , having total efficiency of 100 Lumen /watt with 4 feet Aluminium extrusion in the tube for better heat dissipation,, THD < 20% PF> 0.95 ( LM 79 & LM 80 Certificate from NABL should be submitted )

90.15.4.1:Supply Conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning of 20W LED street light output greater than 105lumen/W 4000-6000 K with IP 66 protection LED Chip make Cree/Lumilled/Nichea with power factor greater than 0.95 at full load, internal surge protection up to 8 KV,and Aluminium pressure die-cast Powder coated housing,acrylic cover complete with THD Less than10%, power factor greater than 0.98, RoHS compliant, duly wired up for use on 230 V AC supply. Driver compartment should be seperatly accessible for maintenance (LM 79&80 certificates from NABL accredited Third party lab to be produced mentioning chip manufacturer)

90.3.18.1:Supply, fabrication, conveyance and fixing the following sizes of B class GI pipe bent to shape / cut and welded to shape and fixing the same to wall / parapet using clamps as noted along with each size, painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer, making good the damages, colour washing etc as required.25 mm dia with HG company fabricated clamps

OD2557/2026-2027:Supply, conveyance installation testing and commissioning of LED bulk head fittings having power consumption not more than 10W and light output less than 100lumens with system efficiency > 115lumen/watt with premium quality diffuser for even distribution of light directly on wall including cutting necessary holes, giving connections with the extended original wiring , making good the damages, color washing etc as required

90.4.5.4:Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan of following sizes including wiring the down rods of standard length (up to 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required. 1200mm sweep - ceiling fan complete with service value minimum 4.0(cub meter/minute/Watt), Air delivery minimum 210(cubic meter/minute), Copper winding suitable for 230V/240V single phase AC supply

1.25:Supplying and fixing two module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

90.4.1:Supply and installation of suitable size MS rod type fan clamp in the RCC slab as per IS 732 as required.
