Dismantling of floor hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing serviceable like to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of PCC (un-reinforced) in ground floors & pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) on floor sub base, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non-skid coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or beddding layer of CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Non-skid ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or beddding layer of CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Vitrified coloured/light tiles 600mmx600mmx10mm thick as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or beddding layer of CM 1:4, topping layer finished even and rough, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mmx300mmx7mm thick on vertical surface such as in dado/skirting/risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for endura tiles, heavy duty type of size 300mmx300mm, 10mm thick, non skid, acid and scratch resistance laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 as in floor, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match the shade, complete all as specified and as per direction of manufacturer / Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 300mmx300mmx25mm thick, with grey cement and no pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar in (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, PVC, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs /blankets, any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails to timber rame work as in wall, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply & fixing 9 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails to timber rame work as in ceiling, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling timber scantlings fillets, rails, posts, rafters,purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section in unframed work, complete all as directed.

Supply & fixing second clas soft wood fillets square or rectangular in section sectional area exceeding 13 sqcm and n exc 25 sqcm as in scantling secured with nails or brads, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 25 mm thick second class teak wood beading rectangular/square/rocked in shape weight finished of size n exc 3 sqcm fixed with screwed duly frenched polished (two coats), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2nd class softwood moulding as in cornices, picture rails and the like n.exc 6 sqcm, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, wall etc with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 0.63mm thick plain galvanised, mild steel sheeting in ridges hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girht as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing surface of steel & iron work of any description exc 10 cm width or girth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling PVC water tanks of capacity exc 500 ltr but n exc 1000 ltr and removing to store, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 1000 Ltr rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 2 Nos 25 mm dia tank nipple and 1 No 32 mm dia drain plug all as specified in SSR Part I, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling PVC water tanks of capacity exc 250 ltr but n exc 500 ltr and removing to store, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 500 ltr rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 2 Nos 25 mm dia tank nipple and 1 No 32 mm dia drain plug all as specified in SSR Part I, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair one piece EWC with soft closing seat cover and fittings complete, 710 x 370 x 745 mm, modern curvy design with flushing efficiency 3.90/2.10 LPF, complete the shade of EWC to be approved by Engr in Charge, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing & connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store of 20mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes 20mm SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having theRMal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing & connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store of 25mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes 25mm SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having theRMal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc.

Taking down PVC pipe, eaves and gutters (any size or pattern) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc. including cleaning or refixing or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs 20mm PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) as per requirement of the site fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & fixing in repairs 15 mm dia bib tap standard of PTMT of any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair PVC connections 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair towel rail 600mm long of PTMT fixed with and including chromium pated brass screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair Health faucet (ABS Body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 metre long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position, complete in all respect as specified.

Supply & fixing in repair grating doom 125mm dia with or without hole, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note : Deduction for amount of Rs 22340.00 as listed in Schedule A Part - II ( Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
