KSRRB 300-50. Scarifying bituminous course 50mm to 75mm along with pre mixed carpet / surface dressing by road roller attached to the scarifier without disturbing the base and stacking the debries including cost of all labour charges. KSRB M300-14 . Excavation for road way in all types of soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirement of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location to a lead of 1.00Km and complete as per specification. Cutting and removing the existing Railway track of mixed gauge along with the check rails provided and to be stacked at the location as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Construction of dry lean cement mix CC 1:5:10 with OPC cement @ 160kgs, with 25mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregate at 0.86 and fine aggregate @ 0.58 cum sub base over a prepared sub base with coarse & fine aggregates confirming to IS 383 the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm , aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 160kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trail length construction , concrete strength not less than 10Mpa at 7 days mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid manually and compacting with 8 -10 tones vibratory roller, finishing and curing complete as per specification.

KSRRB M600-2. Providing and Constructing un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement Pavement Quality concrete for pavements using Grade concrete M40 having Flexural strength not less than 4.50 Mpa over a prepared base with OPC, coarse aggregate at 0.64 cum, fine aggregates at 0.36 cum, Coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383-2016 and Table 600-3 of MORTH V Revision, with Superplastizer at 3 Its conforming to IS 9103-2008. loading materials to batch mix plant by front end loader, mixed in a cement concrete batch mix plant as per approved mix design, transported to site in transit truck agitator 5 cum capacity and laid with a screed vibrator , compacted and finished in a continuous operation as per IRC-15 including cost for providing of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane of impermeable plastic sheet of 125 micron, groove cutting, sealant primer joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bars at 9 kg/cum, tie rods at 1.15 kg/cum, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades, textured with texturing machine, and curing including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machineries, aII lead & lift charges etc., complete as per specifications. Providing and laying cement concrete using 20mm and down size granite coarse aggregates and fine aggregates of ready mixed concrete for RCC works laid in 15 Cm thick layers mixed in a suitable batching plant as per approved mix design, transported to site by transit mixture and laid and well compacted including vibrating curing and finished in a continuous operation including provision of construction , expansion, construction and longitudinal joints filler, joint sealant, admixtures as approved, finishing to line and grades as per drawing etc., for all super structure works with all lead and lift etc., complete. (Exclusive of cost of steel and fabrication charges) for M30 grade of concrete.

KSRB 4.9.2 Providing TMT steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, placing in position, lapping and / or welding wherever required, tieing with binding wire, anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary, as per design ( laps, hooks and wastage shall not be measured and paid ) including cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machineries complete as per specifications. KSRB 4-6.1Providing and removing centering, shuttering, strutting, propping etc., and removal of form work for foundations, footings, bases of columns for mass concrete including cost of all materials, labour complete as per specifications. Specification No. KBS4.6.2

Providing and applying tack coat using 80/100 grade bitumen (VG10) on the prepared black topped surfaces at 2.5 kg per 10 sqm, heating bitumen in boiler filted with spray set (excluding cleaning of road surface) including cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machineries complete as per specification.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with VG30 grade bituminous binder and, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH table 500-10 complete in all respects complete as per specification. -do- using 40/60 TPH capacity H.M.P. with Mechanical paver Gr-ll (50 mm to 75mm) with 4.5 % VG-30 Bitumen.

KSRRB M500-19. Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying w ith a paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction in all respects complete as per specifications. Clause 507 of MORTH V revision using 40-60 TPH capacity H.M.P. with Mechanical Paver Gr-II (30mm to 40mm) with 5.4% VG-30 Bitumen.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts including pointing ends, and fixing collars with cement mortar 1:2 including cost of all materials, labour, curing, including cost of materials, labour, HOM complete as per specifications. Specifications. No. KSRB 1000, 2300 MOST Specification No.1000 I 2300. Hume pipe of 300mm dia.

Fabrication supplying and erecting M.S. tubular trusses of all spans as per approved drawing & design with prefabricated steel applications using quality material and are durable, reliable and corrosion and abrasion resistant. Welding shall confirm to latest structural welding code. Quality shall be on various parameters like shape, size, design gauge and polish. The entire trusses is anchored in RCC column by using 4 nos of M.S. anchor bolts at each support with 1Omm thick base plate and shoe plate. The work includes cutting, straightening, placing in position of M.S. pipes and welding wherever necessary and applying one coat of red oxide primer coat to all the members including cost of all materials, labour charges, and hire charges of machineries for cutting, welding, grinding and erection equipment, with all lead and lift, transportation, etc., complete as per specification
