Excavation in foundation trenches etc.in earth work upto all depths in all kinds of soil such as pick work,jumper work,blasting and chiselling soft/hard rocks where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of side levelling of bed to correct grade and returning the stacked soil in trenches in 15cm.layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring strutting/timbering and dewatering where ever required including restoration of un-metalled/metalled paved surfaces of its original conditions including caution boards in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete M 15 (Not Leaner than CC 1:3:6(1cement:3 sand:6 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete in M 30 grade but not leaner than 1:1.5:3(1cement: 1.5 sand:3 graded stone agg.20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

In foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Walls (any thickness)but not less than 0.1 mtr.thickness)attached pillasters,buttresses,plinth and string courses etc.from top of foundation level upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (M 20) ( 1cement:2 sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Suspended floors, roofs,landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilivers up to floor two level in all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1cement: 1.5 sand:3 graded stone agg.20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Beams,cantilivers,girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams,beam haunchings, cantilivers , girders, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 metre in depth in all leads and lifts.

Suspended floors, dome roofs,landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilivers up to floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring shuttering ,strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies,height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Foundation,footings,bases of columns etc.and mass concrete in all leads and lifts.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs,landings and the like floors etc.upto 200mm in thickness in all leads and lifts.

Beams,cantilivers,girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams,beam haunchings, cantilivers , girders, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 metre in depth in all leads and lifts.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillaster,buttresses plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a rough finish including centring,shuttering ,strutting and propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Arches , domes, vaults upto all span in all leads and lifts.

Providing & fixing of Steel fibre reinforcement concrete(SFRC)manhole cover and frame conforming to IS-12592(Part-I)1988 with latest ammendments 560mmdia Medium duty)in all leads and lifts.

Laying in trenches, galvenised mild steel tubes medium) tube fittings (earth work to be measured and paid for separately) in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valve (with hand wheel) as per IS:780 Class-I upto 300 mm dia (including brass spindleand as per IS:2906 class-II for diameters more than 300 mm complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc. (The tail picecs if required shall be measured and paid for separately) in all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work ,including cutting,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint:- In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railing, brackets and similar works in all leads and lifts.

Providing and Fixing wire gauge shutters using galvenised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 G. with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors, windows & clearstory windows i/c bright finished black iron enamelled hinges with necessary screws 40 mm thick (Ist class deodar wood) in all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on un-decorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered material or softened paint in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing Aluminum ladder 4.00 m length capable to carry minimum 200 Kg load, for lowering/cleaning & inspection of storage tanks in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of MS Fabricated Protection Panel having size 750 mm x 750 mm made with MS Angle 40 x 40 x 4 mm for frame, MS Angle 30 x 30 x 3 mm for cover, MS Flat 25 x 5 mm for fixing of sliding door bolt and MS Sheet 3.15mm thick for protection of manhole covers of storage tanks including the cost of cutting and welding of MS angle, MS Flat & MS Sheet, embedding in RCC Slab by drilling holes in MS angle & in RCC slab, provision for providing and fixing sliding door bolt 300 x 16 mm, MS Handle 100 mm, Lock and applying a coat of red oxide paint and painting two coat with steel paint (Firoza Blue) complete job in all respect in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and fixing 1.80 metre high fencing with 2.50 metre angle iron posts 40x40x5mm 2.50 metre centre to centre with nine horizontal lines and two diagonals of galvanised steel barbed wire (IS: 278-1962 type-I) weighing 9.38 kg/per 100 metre (Minimum) strained and fixed to posts with G.1 staples embeded in cement concrete block (0.30 x 0.30 x 0.45) of concrete mix 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand 8 stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) ,including concrete work and angles post, struts, straining bolt etc. (earth work to be paid for separately) in all leads and lifts.
