Providing service connections from Kallupady 7LL OHSR distribution network - 3000 Nos and from Kariyambady 3 LL OHSR distribution network - 1600 Nos by supply and laying of 40mm 8kg/cm2 PVC pipe 3800m, 20mm 8kg/cm2 PVC pipe 13800m with specials and 20mm MDPE pipe with specials - 5796m including earth work excavation, taking saddle connection, providing and fixing 15mm brass ferule with mouth cover, double jet water meter with Poly ethylene/ Poly propelyne surface box, approved quality PVC tap, Satutory connection fees paid to KWA etc. Road reformation work whereever necessary in Muncipality and Panchayaths roads , Pipe testing (Third Party inspection- Factory Inspection and Post Delivery Testing) and Proper documentation of complete work. Design and construction of Approach road, Compound wall, Retaining wall and other miscellaneous works at Kallupady, Ambalavayal, Kaduvakuzhi and Kariyambady Tank sites including Earthwork excavation,Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller,CC1:2:4,CC1:4:8,design mix M25/M30,RCC centering & shuttering, Fencing with RCC posts, filling earth, Solid Block masonry 30x20x20 CM 1:6, 12mm cement plastering, Providing and fixing handrails, tubular gate,painting ,cement concrete pave blocks in foot paths, supply and fixing solar street light 30watt etc. And Provision for operation, maitenanace and periodical repair of the scheme for 10 years beyond Defect Liability period of 18 months. All works as per scope of works and specifications laid out in NIT Vol.II and Vol.I
