Excavation in trenches in Soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying pipes, cables etc and getting out as specified.

Excavation in trenches in Soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide but exceeding 1.50 meter in depth complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick all as specified.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point.

Supply and spreading River sand Dry cushioning to cable providing with a layer of sand 8cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm deep after laying and stretching the cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover ,class HV type 1 ,flat size 300 mmx180mmx40 mm with peak of 65 mm complete confirming to IS -5820 OF 1970 for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & lay un reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class LV type 1 flat size 250mmx150mmx40mm for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning in pipes/ducts/trenches/under floor/under road HT XLPE cable insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 11 KV 'Earthed' grade confirming to IS 7098 (Part II) of 1985 cross sectional area 185 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying for replacement of unserviceable underground LT cable 1100 Volts grade heavy duty electric cable XLPE outer sheathing with aluminium conductor, Armoured confirming to IS-7098 Part-I (1988) with latest amendments of size 300 Sqmm x 3.5 core including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as per item No 9 above but of LT Cable 10 sqmm x 4 core.

Material & Labour for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for erection of pole, repair of road cuttings etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit (end termination) Indoor type, heat shrinkable type including all jointing material & accessories suitable for 11KV Cable aluminium conductor cables of size 120 to 185 Sqmm 3 core cables Including dismantling old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying in replacement Galvanised steel tubing of size 100 mm bore, light grade to be fixed on walls or laid under roads for passing cables complete as specified and as directed.

Ditto as per item No 15 above but of size 40 mm bore.

Material & Labour for Earthing for transformer body, transformer neutral, LT feeder pillar box etc with copper earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground not less than 2.25 metre below ground level, earth plate paced on all side with charcoal mixed with salt to a thickness of 150 mm in layers, connected by copper earth strip of size 20 x 3 mm thick, soldered and riveted to earth plate. Copper earth strip will be protected by using 40mm bore GI pipe (light grade) earth plate to transformer body, LT feeder pillar box, and neutral of transformer etc complete. The earthing includes PCC pit chamber, RCC pit cover and frame, watering pipe 20 mm bore, funnel with wire mess with necessary earth work including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not less than 50 metre etc complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I - 2009. Note: - Main earthing lead from earth plate to test point & up to 7.5 Metre to be provided. The cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the above quoted rate.

Material & Labour in repair for gang operated triple pole mechanically operated air break on load disconnecting switch each pole consist of galvanised steel base HT 11KV insulators per phase non ferrous knife and spring loaded contact. GI pipe of adequate length for operation from ground level and operating handle complete in both OFF and ON position capacity 11 KVA 200 Amps including dismantling old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and lay electrical LT insulation rubber matting as per ISI of size 2m x 1m x 10 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and erect Pre-stressed concrete pole 9.0 metres long, 102mm x 172mm at top and 102mm x 279mm at bottom, class 10 confirming to IS 785 (1964) including painting and dismantling old one complete all as directed by Engineer -in -Charge

Supply and Fix steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug ,bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP -31, 9.0 metre long including painting of poles with aluminium enameled paint one coat over a coat of red oxide primer and including two coat of black bituminous paint on embedded portion of pole including dismantling old one complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Excavation, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately)

Ditto all as per item No 22 but for type 410 SP -55,11 metre long.

Supply & Fix lightening arrestor HT 11KV pole mounting metal oxide type complete with all fittings transmission class nominal discharge current 65 KA including removing the defective one complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of old painted surface of Transformer 100 KVA to 500 KVA by removing all dirt, dust, grease, oil etc and painting complete surface including connected accessories with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour including writing of identification Nos, capacity etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of old painted surface of LT/HT steel tubular electric pole (Top to bottom from ground level) by removing all dirt, dusted and painting complete surface including connected accessories such as angle Iron channel of distribution lines, for three phases and street light phases of any description with one coat of aluminium paint of approved colour including writing of identification Nos,30cm strips of alternative layers upto 1.5 metre from ground level with synthetic enamel paint of black and yellow colour etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No 26 above here in before but of 9 metre height concrete pole with one coat of Cement based white paint.

Material & Labour for preparation of old painted surface of Feeder Pillar box/LT Cubical panel boards by removing all dirt, dust, etc and painting complete surface including connected accessories with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour including writing of identification etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & Labour for cross arm bracing support to clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel section like angles channels flat etc including nuts bolts and washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts if any shape and size and including applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including dismantling old one and all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and applying petroleum jelly on moving parts of GOD after removing carbon, dust etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge

Material and Labour for installation sign/display board flat boards type outdoor complete mounted on 20mm size MS square tubing 6mm thick marine plywood including flat iron clamps & angle iron support for grouting /fixing on walls complete including computer printing/inject printing of words/diagram/emblems etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- The matter in each case depending on the installation will be as given and finalized by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate quoted is deemed to include the same.

Material and Labour for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size.

Ditto as per item No 32 above but for HT, 25x20 cm size.

Material and Labour hard core of gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to true surface broken stone or boulders or aggregate around 4 pole , 2 pole structure and transformer etc. as per directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for servicing of HT VCBs, 11 KV 400/630 Amp capacity, indoor type by drawing out breaker assay from panel, cleaning/decarbonizing the contact points by suitable means, applying petroleum jelly, lubrication, adjust the trolley in and out mechanism and moving parts, testing of all tripping system and device, internal wiring circuit etc, tightening of all connections, replacement of HRC fuse (if any found unserviceable ) engage the VCB with the supply system and testing for smooth function complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for calibration of protective relays both 02 Nos over current and 01 No earth fault relay of IDMT or any other type by using relay injection kit and re-set timing and tripping current according to the connected load all as directed.

Disconnecting electrical connections of Transformer 300 KVA (01 No) and shifting it from VCB Room to DG Room within 30 metre at power house at NAD Alwaye. Fixing transformer making all connections and testing after installation complete and making good the disturbed surface as per existing. (Note: Rates for transportation/Crane / labour shall be deemed to be included in the item quoted rate).

Disconnecting electrical connections of Transformer upto 250 KVA (01 No) and T-Panel (01 No) shifting it from DG Room to AGE B/R Store yard (Within 01 KM) at NAD Alwaye and making good the disturbed surface as per existing. (Note: (a) Plant shall be kept/ stored as directed by engineer in charge within one KM and rates for transportation/Crane / labour shall be deemed to be included in the item quoted rate).

Material & Labour for drilling suitable dia horizontal bore holes for insertion/ laying of 80/100mm /150mm bore GI/DI/CPVC Tubing of any description below/under existing road surfaces / floors at a level not less than 0.60 metre etc with using mechanical / or manual devices as required at site including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing after laying pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Cost of equipment tools and plant material (horizontal boring rig machine) required for boring shall be arranged by contractor at no extra cost to the department.
