Demolition of Brick work including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 100 M lead

Cutting of Open BT road surface (as well as asphalt concrete up to 75 mm thick) including water bound macadam including stacking of excavated materials for pipe line trench work

Supply of machinary in desilting works guide lines for engaging excavator - loader (JCB) - (capacity/ output of the machine: 0.24/1 Cum). 1. The owner should transport the JCB to the work spot at his own costs. 2. The excavator -loader (JCB) should be able to excavate a minimum of 40 Cum of earth per hour. 3. The excavator -loader (JCB) should be able to load 20 tractors per hour with quantum of 2.83 Cum lof loose factor per each tractor. 4. The rate of per hour is inclusive of all the costs like POL, transportation of machine, driver batta and other incidental charges 5. The payment of the excavator - loader (JCB) should be paid hourly basis subject to the condition 2 & 3 cited above. 6. The excavator - loader (JCB) should have the tacho meter and it should function properly.
Hire charges for engaging Tractor including crew, oils, conveyance of Machinary to sie and all other incidental charges
Supply of scavengers for clearing of blocks and relaying, etc.,

Cement Concrete (1:2.5:5) using 20 mm ( 0.54 cu.m), 12 mm (0.36 cum) and 12 mm (0.09 cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well compacted including curing, ,machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete. Note: Measurement boxes shall be used for measuring the quantities of cement, aggregate and water required for the given concrete mix.
Cement Concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm ( 0.54 cu.m), 20mm (0.27 Cum) and 12 mm (0.09 cum) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant lSl standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well compacted including curing, ,machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete. Supply and placing of the M20 Design mix Concrete corresponding to lS 456 using concrete mixer using of 20mm HBG crushed metal 0.480 cu.m , 10mm HBG crushed metal 0.320 cu.m , sand 0.400 cu.m and cement 350 kg with water cement ratio of 0.53 (185.5 Lit per cu.m of CC) etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, vibrating, Iaying concrete, curing etc., complete with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department, including cost of centering, shuttering charges and excluding cost steel and its fabrication charges, for finished item of work (APSS No 402). for foundations, plinth, pedstals (below Plinth) Note : The design mix shall be got designed by furnishing the information required as perclause 19.1.1 &19.1.2 of IS 456-2000 by the contractor at his own cost and get approved from the competent authority before execution. The cement considered for above M20 grade concrete is 350 kg/cu.m and the rate is arrived accordingly in the estimate. After the mix is designed and approved, if there is any variation in the quantity of cement, over the cement content adopted in the estimate, the same will be considered and paid/recovered at estimate rate + T.P ( Either increase or decrease in quantity adopted in the estimate). Payment will not be made for variation in the quantity of other materials such as coarse & Fine aggregates.
Providing High Yield Strength deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo mechancially treated (TMT) steel bars below 36 mm Fe 500/Fe-500D of specified grade (as per IS 1786 -1979) of different diametres for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars including all wastages such as over laps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors. (APSS No.126) (In the absence of 18G binding wire, 2Nos of 20G binding wire in tandem are to be strictly adhered). Note: Unless otherwise fabrication and placement of steel, no pr-payment shall be made against the supply of steel reinforcement

Supply the following PVC/SWR pipes as per ISI standards
110 mm dia - Single socket pipe - 6 Kg/ CM²

Labour charges for laying, fixing and commissioning the PVC pipes including couplers/bends/tees etc., any dia including fixing necessary fittings like bends, plugs, couplers, junctions, tees,etc., with solvent jointing as per standard practice

Note : The design mix shall be got designed by furnishing the information required as per clause 19.1.1 &19.1.2 of IS 456-2000 by the contractor at his own cost and get approved from the competent authority before execution. The cement considered for above M25 grade concrete is 380 kg/cu.m and the rate is arrived accordingly in the estimate. Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surface with CM (1:3), 20mm thick with 500 ml of liquid concentrated micronized cement water proot compound/ 100 ml of Integral cement water proofing admixture complies with IS:2645-2003 of approved make per 50 kg bag of cement laid over roof when it is green including cost of all materials, conveyance charges of materials and all operational, incidental and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., complete for finished item
