Lowering the 100 mm C.I pipes, D.I Pipes and Fittings with S/S ends carefully into the trenches and laying them true to alignment and gradient including all sundries, but excluding conveyance from source of supply as per BIS No: 3114/85.

Jointing the 100 mm C.I./ DI Pipes and fittings with Rubber gasket (push-on-joint) excluding the cost of the gasket but including all sundries filling with water with a water lead up to 500 metres and testing to required pressure etc., complete as per BIS No.3114/1994/12888/1987

Supply & Delivery of Tamper Proof 100 mm dia DI Flanged Single Chamber Air Release Valves with body & cover made of Ductile Iron Grade GGG-40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or Equivalent as per IS1865, IS:3896-2 with Food Grade Epoxy Powder Coating(EP-P) (Min:250 Micron) inside and Outside of Color Blue RAL 5005. All internal parts such as Float, shell, Cove Bolts etc. made of Austenitic alloy steel of SS AISI 304/316 and DN 50 float of and other components with ABS/PTFE/EPDM/NBR and generally conforming to DIN/BIS/AWWA standards (or) combination Flange drilling as per IS - 1538 and exclusive of all taxes and transportation PN 1.6 (MPa)

Earth work excavation in all soils except sand or loose soil SDR etc., for pipe line for drainage & water supply and electrical where the depth is less than 1 1/2 times the width and depositing the excavated earth within a lead of 10 meters. - ordinary soil - manual means upto 3m depth

Filling with useful available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T&P etc., complete for finished item of work. Note: Cost of transportation of good quality earth has not been included. Only labour for carrying carted earth with a lead of 50m to the foundation pits has been taken in the rate. The cost of carted earth / sand may be worked out separately if the same is not available from adjoining area.

Cement Concrete using 20 mm ( 0.54 cu.m) and 12 mm (0.36cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well compacted including curing, ,machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete. Note: Measurement boxes shall be used for measuring the quantities of cement, aggregate and water required for the given concrete mix - do - C.C (1:3:6)
