Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing Each design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one Ni-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair for 100 cm size convex mirror with 100 cm, 2.5" thick Each and 6.75 long pole fixed in a 30x30x45 cm size pit with 50x50x6 mm thick size tee section, including earth work and cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and with all necessary fitting and fixtures to fix the convex mirror, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

M&L for Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Retro reflective regulatory sign board of size 900 mm dia meter made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro -reflective heeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC-67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40 * 40 * 4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50 * 50 mm square post made of M.S. angle 50 * 50 * 4 mm, 4 m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement.Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete in all respects including earth work and cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and with all necessary fitting and fixtures to fix the sign board as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F, mild steel in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, Hollow or round steel tubes, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated), Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F, Plain, black, mild steel sheeting, 1.25mm thick, in ridges, doors, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed), with welded or soldered provided complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness including below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Hard core of gauge n.exc 63mm, with broken stone aggregate,deposited,spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered to a true surface Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC type C-2, (1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of floor Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with Gery cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work/stone masenary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches etc complete.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even smooth without using extra cement Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make Acrocem/Snowcem and equivalent)

M&L for Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in & ramming earth/ broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering, & removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m & making good surface in hard/dense soil, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F, plain polycarbonite white colour sheets 1.2 MM thick of any size fixed to frame with necessary screws as sign boards and dismantling existing sheet Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F, Venyle sheets of blue colour for making letters in Hindi or English as per desinghing anit suitable thickness fixed on polycarbonite sheets Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Anodised aluminum frame box type made of aluminum angel section/beading for fixing of polycorbonite sheet with necessary beading and screw to the frame all as specefied and directed by EIC. Note :- The rate shall be coated bt the contractor is inclusive of the cost of aluminum beading, screw and fixing to the necessary height with the existing frame

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint to old painted steel surfaces of any description over 30 cm Sqm widthror girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified, and as directed by Engineer-in Charge
