Dismantling MAST from Olavakkode TE bulding and stacking in position as per the instructions of Engineer in charge

Carriage of MAST materials with mechnical transportation from OLAVAKKODE to Alathur site including loading, unloading, seggregating and stacking as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(approximately .3MT)

Erection of Four Legged Light Weight Ground Based Communication Tower .

Providing and laying cement c oncrete in retaing walls return walls(any thickness)including attached pilasters ,columns,piers,abutments pillars ,posts,struts, butresses ,string or lacing courses parapets coping bed blocks ,anchor blocks,plain window sills,fillets,sunken floors etc upto floor five level excluding the cost of centering shuttering and finishing

1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).

Providing and applying paint of approved specification over the Four Legged Communication Tower indicated above. (One coat of Etch Primer (MRF, Asian paint or equivalent), two coats of zinc chromate primer wherever required and finally apply two or more coats of enamel paint orange/white of approved brand and manufacture as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and installing chemical earthing Electrode (GI).50MM dia 3Mtr length electrode including drilling/auguring minimum 150mm dia holes upto 3 mtr depth,inserting electrode back filling the sides with soil mixed with BFC(back fill compound)-for 3mtr depth and providing with poly plastic chamber with cover etc ., complete in ordinary soil.The whole work is to be done as per the instructions of Engineer -in-charge and the resistance value checked after installation should meet with the A/T standards.The rate is inclusive of all taxes and service charges and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.

Providing GI buss bar 50x3mm connected to the tinned bottom portion of lightining conductor and to the ring earth/ plate earth with 2Nos. of 10mm dia. GI nuts & bolts (with lead sheath in between) at each connection . The buss bar shall be clamped to the tower/building walls at uniform interval of 1.50m using proper GI clamps and ceramic insulators such that the buss bar shall be well insulated from the tower building walls all complete as directed by the Engineer-in -charge (All joints should be covered by Shalimar or equivalent water proof tape and made air tight)

Providing GI strip of size 50x3mm one end connceted to the tower leg with GI bolts and nuts ( with lead sheath in between) including providing and connceting the legs at the bottom of tower and other end shall be connected to the GI plate earth /ring earth with GI bolts and nuts (with lead sheath in between ) including clamping the down lead flat to wall/stems with out any sharp bends useing necessary clamps and scrwes as directed by the Engineer -in charge.

Providing and fixing copper lighting conductor of 1500mm length, 25mm dia. hollow tube of wall thickness not less 1.60mm including tinning the bottom portion of the sprike for a lenglth not less than 150mm (lightning conductor to be fixed the top of the tower) and connecting the GI buss bar to the lightning arrester using 2Nos. 100mm dia. brass bolts and nuts all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge- (All joints should be covered by shalimar or equivalent water proof tape and made air tight]
