Clip-in false ceiling system with plain steel beveled edged tile (600mmx600mm) manufactured out of 0.70 mm GI sheet having power coating with 60 microns polyester paint on front side. Two sides of each tile shall be rised and piped and stopped to ensure positive engagement into the spring clip-in profile allowing for demounting of indivual tiles. Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in floor finish, surface finished even and fair to receive top finish complete all as specified and directed.

Mat finish, premium quality, joint free (edge cut), coloured/ printed ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed. Size/Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

20mm thick, Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm mm thick as in vertical surfaces , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. Size/Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations, complete all as specified.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick of size not less than 550 mm X 550 mm as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, as in floor etc, laid over and including 15mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:6 including cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete, all as specified.

Machine cut kota stone 20-25 mm thick as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab,as in in skirting, dados, risers to steps etc, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 , cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete, all as specified. Note: Kota stone on treads and risers shall be fixed in one piece only. No joints shall be provided.

Taking down cement plaster/decayed concrete from RCC roof projections/upward parapet walls/down facia/soffits and fins of RCC chajjas/beams/columns/balconies etc. and also applying one coat of anti corrision paint to visible reinforcement if any. Supply and fixing by means of nailing wire netting of galvanised wire 1.40mm dia and mesh size 20mm and brushing neat cement slury with 3.00 Kg of cement/sqm including 20mm thick cement rendering in two layers of 10mm each using shot gun or pressure nozzle for grouting the surface well bonded with reinforcement (top/final layer shall be rendered after final setting of under layer) in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces including scaffolding at a height upto 7.00 mtrs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

15mm thick rendering on on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing of walls in CM 1:6 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified.

Rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of RCC concrete surfaces of soffits of slab/facias/fins and including applying cement slurry in bottom of slab, chajjas, fin, facias etc and finished even and smooth without using extra cement .

Water proofing treatment to sunken floor portion including vertical portion by applying cement slurry mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementenious composite compound of make as specified and including PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as subbase including demolition of PCC, sides of rounded or chamfered on edges of sunken slab and PCC 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) for filling of sunken floor after treatment. (a) First layer of cement slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/ Sqm mixed with acrylic based primer modified comentenious composite compound @ 0.253 kg/ Sqm. This layer allowed to air cure for 4 hrs. (b) Second layer of cement slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/ Sqm mixed with acrylic based modified cementenious composite compound @ 0.125 kg/ Sqm. This layer allowed to aircure for 4 hours. (c) The slope shall be 1 in 20 towards first corner of outer wall and GI pipe of dia 50mm (Med grade) be inserted at corner projecting outside 20cm. (d) 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with WPC to be provided while concrete is in green state. (e) Joints of traps/ WC Soil pipes shall be properly sealed with sealing compound. Note : Concrete for sunken slabs shall be mixed with WPC as manufacturers instructions before carrying out water proofing treatment the sunken slab shall be tested with water for 48 hrs for any leakage/ dampness seen in ceiling below, then treatment is carried out to RCC slab and it is again tested before passing for next stage.

Preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces including cleaning by brooming down including complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over one coat of primer on walls over and including a coat of 2 mm thick wall care putty complete, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Work shall be executed by mechnical means

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer over and including a coat of 2 mm thick wall care putty complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : Work shall be executed by mechnical means

Exterior Painting work including complete removal of existing treatment till top surface of existing plaster and crack filling with crack seal upto 3mm where required and making good/smooth the surface with wall putty with silicon additives and sanding these surface for removal of loose particles and applying one coat of water proof primer on walls and chajjas with 10% dilution of water and applying two coats of 100% acrylic smooth emulsion exterior grade with silicon additives and anti-algal properties, complete all as specified.

Taking down old cement plaster of walls and perform waterproofing of exterior walls, including raking out joints,loose particles complete and applying two coats of acrylic polymer modified high performance coating . The treatment shall be done from ground level and upto suitable height as directed and icluding 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 well finished even and smooth complete all as sepcified and directed. Note : All treatment shall be done by OEM authorised applicator only.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces or un plastered, previously undecorated ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

Wash basins, Vitreous China (Flat white type) size 550mmx400mm, with pedestal , crystal white with and including cutting for and pinning on ends of brackets, 450 mm long PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT coupling nuts at both ends, trap, grating and Union for discharge pipe, waste, chain and plug and porcelain stopper, waste pipe of polythylene of low or high density or PVC of 32mm dia including , 32mm dia waste fittings, brass chromium plated with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, flange and bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed, screwed for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified. Make: Cat Part No. 1008 of Cera or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appx

Bib tap, cast copper alloy ,chromium plated, fancy type , screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule of 15 mm bore, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.
