Material and labour for disconnecting unserviceable transformer of any size and taking down from 2/4 pole/platform etc.using suitable crane or lifting machine and other accessories. Also placing the same at suitable position or storage yard complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of Transformer 200KVA, EEL - 3,11/0.433KV, 50 Hz, step down, outdoor type, ONAN Cooled oil immersed copper wound, transformer, complete with first filling of IS-335 ISI marked filtered & dehyrated tranformer oil and other standard fittings/acceesories and 7 position OFF ciricuit tap changer (Tapping range + 7.5% in steps of 2.5% Each) with vector group Dyn-11, with provision of HV and LV cable box (with cable glands) suitable for making connection of incomming HT cable and outgoing LT cable all as per IS 1180 and complete with and including following accessories for installation of transformer all as specified and directed. 01. Removing of surplus soil not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point

Supply and Spread dry river sand for cable cushioning in trenches all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness shall be considered for measurement .

Supply and lay burnt bricks sub class ‘B’ old size laid dry in trenches across the cable protection all as specified and as directed

Supply and lay GI tubing, light grade, 80 mm bore dia as cable protection fixed on walls/poles/laid in trenches complete including dismantling of old unserviceable pipe all as specified and directed

Supply and lay GI tubing, light grade, 50 mm bore dia as cable protection fixed on walls/poles/laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6mm as earthing lead buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers etc made of GI and connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part I of 2009 & as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation/earth work in any type of strata PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C1 earthing chamber, pre cast slab cover 50 mm thick in cement concrete ( 1: 2 : 4 ) type B 1 ( reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm), funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade, including galvanised iron strip 25X4 mm with GI protection pipe of 40 mm medium grade up to 7.5 meter length, etc complete all as specified.
