Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundations, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and not exceeding 10 square meter on plan for manholes etc and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling & mass concreting etc all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm depth in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Removing excavated soil n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the the SP.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.0 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:4 with using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of wall and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, weathering slighly rounded or chamfered angles etc including use of necessary form work all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work as in doors, gates, wicket gates, brackets made with angles, round bars or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending, cutting and welding angles, to make shape etc as necessary, and fixed with RCC Col , etc, conforming to Fe.290 Gde - E-250 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel plates Fe 410-W (Gde-E 250) quality-, plain or chequered, 5mm thick or over in thickness in available sizes etc. as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of new steel surfaces to receive painting, of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint as throughout base coat over a coat of red oxide primer and two additional coats of synthetic enamel paint as in patches of different colours for making camouflage pattern as directed at site as per existing pattern complete all as specified including necessary scaffolding arrangement and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete,(fittings such as switches, ceiling roses,pendants, regulators sockets etc. to be measured separately), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches,sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators, etc. for carrying to the store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down serviceable DB of any size and capacity including MCB etc from its existing position and shifting to its other wall of building in serviceable condition as existing and making good disturbed surfaces including plaster of walls,floors, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red , Black and Green for single phase circuits),with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm nominal cross-sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No.in and including heavy duty drawn through and including in PVC rigid conduit with all accessories complete concealed in wall/roof/floor etc, ISI marked with,including steel box of required module for fixing of modular switches, sockets and fan regulators etc, inciuding PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly for,one way switch One light/ fan/bell point controlled by one, one way switch complete all as specified and directed .Note : surface conduit shall be laid in ceiling portion only.

All as per serial Item No.14 above but for 15 Amps 5/6 pin socket point on independent board with 4.00 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS multi-stranded copper conductor with 4.00 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS multi-stranded copper conductor as earth wire complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and Fixing Modular switch 1 way 6A, 1 module complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for cutting the existing GI tubing of 20/40/50/80mm dia bore and screwing, including supply and fixing GI tee for taking out the branch connection suitable for 25mm dia bore GI pipe including necessary excavation complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply & laying GI tubing 20mm dia bore,medium grade including fittings laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing Gun metal gate Valves with iron wheel screwed both end complete for size 20 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for Iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed for 20 mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and spreading clean dry sand in trenches for cushioning all as specified for cable protection complete all as directed.

M & L for laying of sub class 'B' brick common burnt clay building bricks,designation 75 complete for cable for protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix Galvanised steel tubing, light grade, with fittings and MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc of 80 mm dia bore for cable protection on pole, road crossing or ground in pillars for fixing gate light etc complete all as specified.

Supply and Laying XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of 50 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified.

Supply and Laying PVC insulated and PVC sheathed industrial round multicore flexible cable copper conductor 1100 volt grade conf to IS : 694/2010 conductor of 35 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified.
