Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m- All kinds of soil

Filling of available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth side of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m as directed by Manager-in-charge.

Transporting and disposing the surplus earth, debris and soft rock including shrubs and vegetations from construction area beyond the initial lead of 50m including re-excavating the deposited soil excavated earlier, transportation, loading, unloading, laying at all depths and heights, stacking, levelling and dressing both the area (viz. from where the earth is transported and where it is deposited) to required levels and slopes complete with all lifts as directed. For carting on the basis of truck/ tractor measurement ,voids shall be deducted as per specification as directed by Manager-in-charge. Lead up to 3.0 km

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work up to plinth level as directed by Manager-in-charge.- 1:4:8 Using 40mm nominal size stone aggregate

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering, shuttering All work up to plinth level as directed by Manager-in-charge.- 1:2:4 Using 20mm nominal size stone aggregate

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level- 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level- Cold twisted bars

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade- Two or more coats on new work (Unit of billing is Kg of structural steel above ground)

Providing at all heights, levels and locations Aluminium profile industrial troughed sheet of Alloy 31500/31000/40800, conforming to IS 1254, IS 737, IS 2676. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping SS screws of size 5.5x65 mm with EPDM seal complete upto required pitch in horizontal, vertical or curved surfaces i/c cutting to size and shape where required as per specifications,detail drawings and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of all screws, seal, ridge, labour, scaffolding, machinery for fixing and approved sealent where required etc. but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses.(0.91 mm thick, the profile detail width 1044/920 mm, cover width 1000/875 mm.) (Surface colour as directed by MIC)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation, inequalities and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m- All kinds of soil

Providing & laying cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate of 12mm nominal size) including finishing of surface all complete etc. as per direction of EIC.- 40mm thick

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3 including curing and necessary scaffolding, tools, tackles, labours etc. complete as directed by Manager-in-charge.

Providing neat cement punning including watering, curing etc. all complete at all depth, height, and levels as per specification and direction of Manager-in-charge.
