M&L For Preventive Maintenance (i.e Checking of Loose connection, Leakge of refrigerant gas ,Leakage of Compressor oil, Damage of any part of water cooler and fan motor,Capacitor ,Thermostate ,Relay Contactor,Condenser,float valve and servicing of water cooler of any capacity/Make and replacemnt of damaged /unsv parts of water cooler Installed at different Location of IMA Campus . Note : The spare part including Compressor oil if required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under the relevent item of schedule "A"as supply only. Rate for fixing of new items/ Filling of Compressor oil is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate by the contractor for this item. (ii) Charging of gas, if required, shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'. However, vacuum and pressure leakage testing with nitrogen (N2) and repair of leakege portion of tubing by welding /brazzing is deemed to be included under the unit rate quoted by the contractor for this item (iii) The cost for minor items required for repair such as nuts,bolts,washer , connecting wire of standard quality, PVC insulated and sheathed cable 3 core 2.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor, etc is included in this item. (iv) GE IMA comprises of 157 water cooler at this point of time of make: Voltas,Bluestar,Sriram Usha, Sidwal of storage capacity 40/60/80/120/150 Ltrs. Since at this point of time it is impossible to predict whether which item will be not working later, Hence specific item required will be purely depending on the demand at later stage so the contractor should quote the rate keeping this point in mind. (V) The T&P required for repair and replacement of equipments will be provided by the Contractor.
