Demolition of brick work or stonework built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings ,dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and stacking the serviceable materials within 100m and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ( nominal mix ) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar ands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork where required complete all as specified and directed.

Hand packing (any thickness) of broken stone or boulders at back of walls over arches etc and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and directed.

Boulder filling dry, hand packed tightly, as in wire crate apron bunds (Wire crate measured separately), complete all as specified.

4mm dia galvanised steel wire,100x100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling, complete all as specified & directed. Note : The rates include for placing in position, binding and joining edges, etc. with 4mm steel wire to form complete mattresses . The mattresses shall be formed by looping the wires at each intersection.

PVC 110mm dia pipe, pressure rating 4 kgf//sqcm (in short length) , fixed in retaining wall as weep hole complete all as specified & directed.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and soilidly hearted built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item no 9 above but except stone.

Extra over stone walling of granite, trap or basalt stone for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 40 mm, complete all as specified & directed..

Keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Deduct Credit Amount as per Schedule of credit as details given on Srl Page No 19 of tender doucments.
