Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge,thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
S&F Galvanised, corrugated mild steel 0.63mm thick sheeting with two corrugations side lap, in roofs, walls etc. With grade of zinc coating 275 L- type or J-type hook bolts at a height of 8 to 12 mtrs or as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
S&F 0.63mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip & straight flashings (length & girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
S&F pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with hot dip galvanised self drilling fasteners with EPDM washers (one fastener on each crest) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Roof height above 10m.
M&L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
S&F Rolled mild steel sections as in framing for cladding, glazing & the like fixed with angle cleats & connecting plates, etc.Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A at a height of 8 to12 mtr complete as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
S&F for stainless steel spikes of 1.4mm dia along with 50mm wide rubber (protective pad) to fixed on desired location complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
S&F Welded steel wire fabric supplied & fixed complete to wood or steel members Weight per square metre n exc 4Kg or as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M&L for closing small openings with welded wiremesh of dia 1mm and aperture not greater than 2cmx2cm by welding to existing frame as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for demolition of existing Pavement in Pavings exc 15 cm thickness by mechanical means and removing the debris outside MD land all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for laying PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate after ramming, levelling and consolidating formation surface disturbed after demolition manually to complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for HDPE film black 200 micron thickness including 50mm thick sand cushioning as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for PQC as in pavement/hardstanding of minimum flexural strength 45 Kg/Sqcm with cement content 400 Kg/Sqm with cement 400 Kg/cum or as per design mix which ever is higher using non circular synthetic fibre @ 0.25% by weight of cement of cement including necessary steel formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:- (i) Polyester triangular fibres as secondary reinforcement mixed in concrete shall be measured and paid separately under SI item No 7 of, However mixing shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Construction joints, dummy (contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (iii) Deduction shall be made in computing concrete quantity for expansion joints. (iv) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of cement content is used/approved in the execution of work under this item. However minus price adjustment shall be made for less quantity of cement used in the work based on inserted rate against item No. 22
M&L forming 20mm thick expansion joint filled with performed HDME filler applying bond breaker tape on top of filler board for complete width of joint, provn of closed cell polyethylene back up rod 25mm dia, filled with polyethylene sealant (min depth of sealant above back up rod shall be 12mm) complying with BS-5212, priming the sides and applying masking tape on edged of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant applied, for thickness of concrete slab 300mm complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.
M&L for forming contraction (dummy) joints 75mm deep x 10mm wide (using diamond cutter)filled with expand polyethylene form (armoour board) applying bond beaker tape on top of armour board for complete width of joint, provn of colsed cell polythylene back up rod 12mm dia sealed with 10mm (depth min above back up rod) polythylene sealant complete with BS-5212, priming sides, masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant application complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L forming construction joints 25mm deep and 10mm wide, (using diamond cutter) and sealed with polyethylene sealant complying with BS-5212 and priming the sides, provn of closed cell polyethelene line back up rod 12mm dia and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant applied complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for brooming on finished surface of PQCC to make it rough surface complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply only polester triangular fibers as secondary reinforcement all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.
M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of 7 to 8mm thick, (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm (including size 400mmx400mm), as in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
S&F glazed ceramic tiles size 350 x 250 x 7mm/450 x 350 x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces, set & joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including backing coat of 10mm thick in CM (1:4) all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M & L for Vitrified ceramic colour (light shade) tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36sqm , in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or cloured to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 to receive floor tiles.
M & L for Vitrified ceramic colour (light shade) tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36sqm , in vertical surface such as skirtings , dados etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or cloured to match including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 to receive vertical tiles.
Taking down cement plaster on stone walls/concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water all as specified
M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster on stone masonry/concrete surface surfaces in cement mortor (1:6) finished the surface even and smooth without extra cement.
M&L for 10 mm thick , plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for priming the sides and bottom of joints with two coats of polyurethane primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at interval of 30 minutes complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for laying 8mm to 20mm dia polyurethane rod at bottom of construction (dummy) joints complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for sealing the cleaned construction (dummy) joints with pitch free grey polyurethane sealant confirming to BS: 5212 (type FB) and applying maskin tape on the edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give neat finish to sealant and removing the maskin tape after sealant is applied as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for EPU flooring anti static flooring in Hangar complete all as specified and directed and as per manufacturer's instruction consisting of following:- (i) The preparation of old surface shall be carried out thoroughly by cleaning all foreign material and dust to receive the screed. (ii) Pot, crack & existing joint filling with epoxy Resin compound to match surface undulation of the floor. (iii) Application of low viscous epoxy primer having resin and hardner mixed and laid. (iv) Application of epoxy resin based self smoothing screed 3.00mm thick on the clean and dry surface having high abrasion resistance spread in uniform thickness. (v) Laying of self adhesive copper tape. (vi) Application of conductive primer coat. (vii) Application of EPU based self levelling top coat of flexo hard EPU to yield an average thickness of 2.0mm over the primer as required. Note :- The work shall be carried out from one of the make mentioned as under:- FOSROC/CIPY/PIDILITE Industries/INDUSTRIES/APURAVA INDIA LTD.
