Provision of Sewage Treatment Plant for OFMK Hospital

STP : Supply, installation and commissioning of 20 KLD sewage treatment plant (detailed technical specifications of STP as per Annexure -I & II).

EXCAVATION : Excavation over areas in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out, spreading/levelled, complete all as specified and directed.

EXCAVATION : Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exceeding 1.5 m depth complete all as specified and directed.

SITE CLEARANCE : Site clearance in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

MOORUM: Moorum filling in floors or pavings laid in layers not exe. 15cm thick , spread leveled and rammed including watering all as specified and directed.

HARDCORE : Hardcore with broken stone/ boulders of gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread, levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick and watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC : Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 with 40 mm graded aggregate, in foundation, floor, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC FLOORING : PCC 1:2:4 in floors/ paving of type B-1, 1:2:4 with 20mm graded aggregate, 100 mm thick with even and smooth surface using extra cement. Concreting should be done in panels as directed. Complete all as specified and directed.

STONE MASONRY : Walling of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded ,bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

FLUSH POINTING : Rendering Flush pointing in cement mortar 1:4 to block in course or ashlar masonry or concrete block walling. Complete as directed by EIC/SIC

BRICKWORK: Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved in plan with 1:4 cement mortar. Complete all as specified and directed.

PLASTERING : Rendering of 12mm thick plastering with 1:4 cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces. Complete in all respects as specified and directed.

ROOF SHEETS: Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of blue colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, as in roof coverings/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified in MES SSR Part-I. Make: JSW /Tata Bluescope or equivalent as approved by EIC, conforming to specifications as mentioned in IS: 15951:2012 and IS: 15965:2012.

STRUCTURAL STEEL (S&F) : Structural steel work (Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B) in roof trusses, trussesd purlins, structural columns, distance pieces, cleats etc. including fabrication, erection, fixing of special shaped washers and application of one coat of zinc chromate primer paint. Complete all as specified directed.

ENAMEL PAINTING: Rendering synthetic enamel painting on Steel surfaces over one coat of zinc chrome red oxide - surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth including preparation - TWO coats Make: Asian paints/Berger or equivalent

CEMENT PAINTING : Cement Painting to walls/ceilings with White or Tinted of two coats, to be applied, all as specified and directed, brand Snocem/Indocem or equivalent.

STEEL WINDOWS : Steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded

GLAZING : Supply and fixing of 4.0 mm thick sheet glass in square exc. 0.5 sq.m in each pane and glazing in alluminium partitions. Complete all as specified and directed.

STEEL DOOR : Steel door including projecting type hinges, steel handle, complete, with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded.

SWG PIPES : M&L for Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes 150 mm dia laid in trenches and jointed as specified

BEDDING FOR PIPES : M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipes of bore 150 mm including forming cradles in cement mortar 1:4:8 type D2 complete all as directed.
