Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1 ) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg ( zero point eight five kilogram ) per square meter, using mechanical means as per technical specifications clause No. 502 including hauling of materials in all leads , lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials. Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm ( twenty millimeter) compacted thickness composed of Type-A 13.2mm ( thirteen decimal two millimeter) to 5.6mm ( five decimal six millimetre) aggregate at the rate of 0.27cum ( zero point two seven cubic metre), per ten square meter mixed with bitumen VG-10 ( viscosity grade-10 ) at the rate of 14.60 Kg. (fourteen point six zero kilogram) per ten square metre of road surface, to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating, binder and aggregate in Hot Mix Plant 30/40 ( thirty / forty ) tonne per hour capacity, transporting mixed materials with tipper and laying with paver finisher to the required grade and camber and rolling with a three Wheel 80-100 ( eighty- hundred) KN static road roller capacity finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat as per technical specifications clause No. 508 including hauling of materials in all leads , lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials.
