Sump well:- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) RCC under ground/partial under ground Sump well as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil. including PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and M:30 design mix in bottom slab/raft ,walls and beams. And RCC (1:1.5:3) in roof slab/dome with provision of inspection path around the dome with all alied Civil Works such as c/o chamber for valves, refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside, CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers with frames of heavy duty with proper locking arrangement, water level indicator. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness, All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves,bulk meter/ flow meter shall be included in the rates of tanks .complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge .The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawing and design to the department including cost of site development required as per site conditions.

Distribution system :- Excavation in drains and channel etc in earth work in all kinds of soil such as kankar, moorum shingles conglomerate saturated soil and decomposed soft and hard rock including dressing of sides and beds , disposing of excavated earth with all leads, lifts disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed and then returning the stacked soil into foundation and trenches etc. including ramming and consolidating the same whereever required with all leads, lifts and including jungle clearance as per the direction of Engineer in-charge.

Laying & Jointing in trenches following dia meter of GI pipes(Earth work to be measured and paid for separately) Including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Laying, jointing,testing & commissioning at site in trenches following plain ended GMS Pipes of various diameters of Light Grade as under confirming to BIS 1239 (Part-1) 1990 or latest with upto date ammendments, capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in BIS code, in randum length of 5.5 to 6.5 mtrs. The pipes ends shall be bevelled suitable for butt weld, inculding the cost of jointing with butt welding confirming to IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable (leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welding rods of standard make & all allied accessories whatever required for welding at site, tail pieces, tees, bends manufactured from parent pipes etc and cutting of pipes wherever required as per site requirement i/e carriage in all leads & lifts as directed by Engineer-In-Charge (Earth work shall be measured & paid for seperately)

Providing, welding and fixing M.S. Plate flanges of various dia (nominal bore) of following Flange Tables confirming to IS 6392-1971 or latest with upto date ammendments to GI pipes after every 90 meters or as per site requirement including cutting of pipes wherever required, welding in three layers (leak proof) confirming to specifications as prescribed in relvent I.S. Code i.e. IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable with upto date ammendments with nuts, bolts & washers & special etc. confirming to IS Code i.e. IS 1963 or latest as applicable with upto date ammendments including packing sheet i.e. asbestos fibre sheet minimum 3mm thick and painting with anticorosive paints complete in all respect i.e all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
