Supply of 2C x 6 sq.mm PVC insulated & PVC sheathed stranded annealed copper conductor unarmoured airfield lighting cable of 5KV grade conforming to IS 1554 Part-II with all amendments upto date.

Supply of following size 5 KV grade dry type Plug and Receptacle of type I, class 'B' primary connector kit with field attachment and suitable for 5 KV grade single core copper conductor, copper braided, PVC/XLPE insulated PVC outer sheathed shielded cable, complete as required confirming to the technical specification. i) 6sq.mm

Supply of 63mm size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete etc., as required.

Supply of 160mm dia size HDPE pipe, ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, couplers etc. confirming to IS 4984-1995, NP6 grade, PE63 etc.

Supply of CI isolating transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330mm height, 450mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick, cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing aasociated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole centre at one side surface centre 75mm above bottom surface suitable to receive one no. of 50 mm dia "B" class GI pipe and check nuts as required .The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220mm at the top surface and 6 nos M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts, check nuts etc. as required as per the drawings. Laying of 63mm size DWC HDPE pipe complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (120 cm below ground level) for minimum width of 30cm including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE Airfield cable of 2Cx 6sqmm power cable ,5 KV grade in the existing RCC/HUME/STONE WARE/METAL/DWC-HDPE pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE Airfield cable of 2CX 6Sqmm power cable , 5 KVgrade size in the existing masonry open duct as required

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE Airfield cable of 5KV grade, 2C x 6sqmm on cable tray as required.

Laying & fixing of Airfield cable of 2Cx6sqmm,5KV,PVC/ XLPE sheathed stranded tinned copper conductor in wall surface etc complete as required.(Clampped with 1mm thick saddle)

Making Horizontal boring by using suitable mechanical arrangement, Sensor operated, Min. 2.5Mtr Depth, horizontal bore well suitable for inserting 01 no 160mm Dia. HDPE Pipes. job including inserting of HDPE Pipes in bore well hole but welding etc., complete as per site requirement.

Making field connections by crimping of 6/16 sq.mm plug & receptable with suitable existing size single core PVC copper Conductor cable of 5 KV grade Airfield cable including filling the gap with water sealent material applying PVC insulation tape etc. complete as reqd.

Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : Inside size 100 x 100 cm and 100 cm deep including RCC cover with frame (heavy duty). With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Supplying and laying following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders/ fixing on wall using MS Clamps including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required.. 300mm width X 50mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required. (Airfield cable)

Installation of transformer housing box (450mm high) with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630X630X100 mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including excavation of unpaved/soil area, disposal of material outside operational area ,providing and fixing 250mm long 1/2" dia "B" class GI pipe for drainage of water including excavation of required area for installation of CI boxes and refilling and includes providing 6mm thick blank plate with suitable holes nuts etc as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but with charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres

Providing PCC of M20 grade 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) of 75 mm depth including excavation etc as required,

SITC of LED luminaire of Minimum lumens of 42000 having system efficacy not less than 110 lum/ watt,IP66,IK07 control driver with more than 4Kv surge suppressor made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass/poly carbonate cover , suitable to operate on single phase ,220V, 50Hz AC supply meeting with minimum requirments to install on 30 Mtrs highmast provided on Apron to give lux level as per ICAO Annexure-14,IS 10322 (Part 5 / Sec.5) and associated design manuals.Job includes provision of suitable counter weight for balancing of light fittings apart from existing counter weights etc., as required.

Supply & laying of 'B' class (medium class) GI pipe of 50mm dia in existing trench/crossing providing necessary GI fittings, etc. as required
