Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm but n'exc 2 Sqm each.Complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 35 mm thick flush shutter , solid core construction ,with block board core and plywood face panel ,commercial type on both side.Complete all as specified and as directed.

S/F 35mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass gauge etc. Divided into squares with plain chamfered or rounded, rebated sash bars, sizes of the members of the shutters as specified in SSR Part I, section 8, clause 8.23(a). Complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150mm long aluminium handle, cast type, anodised.Complete all as specified and as directed.

S/F 100mm size MS butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled.Complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 200 mm aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt, of extruded section and fixed in position .Complete all as specified and as directed.

S/F 300mm long M.S sliding door bolt, bolt type stove enameled black with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia and including a minimum of six bolts and nuts four on bolt plate & two on staple plate.Complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Floor door stopper 14cm long of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised,with hard drawn steel spring,fixed in repairs in floor.Complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for 2 coats of synthetic enamelled paint over coat of pink primer on wooden surfaces oves 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surface of any description all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old surfaces and applying one coat of Oil bound distemper on wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- charge

M&L two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer and over 1mm thick layer of wall care putty after complete removal of existing treatment

M&L for preparation of old wooden sufaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of wooden surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation old painted surfaces of steel and iron surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls incl racking out joints, hacking key & scrubbing down with water.

M & L 15mm thick rendering in cm(1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even & smooth with WPC @ 3% by the weight of cement. (WPC Will be measured and paid seperately).

M & L 10mm thick rendering in cm(1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement.

Supply only integral water proofing compound(make: Dr Fixit/Pedilite /fosroc) or equivalent

M & L for Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic exterior emulsion paint including priming coat of damp proof primer complete and removal of existing painting complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of walls and applying one coat of weather shield exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified abd directed

Material and labour for painting to steel tubular pole 3.0 metre long with two coats of synthetic enamel paint from ground level in 3 step of 15 cm alternative black and yellow strips and remaining portion with alluminium paint and MS frames like channel,clamps, angle, D-clamps etc with two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified. Note.1:-The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quated amount. Note 2-Contractor's supervisor and main worker would wear shirt/T-shirt of colour sky blue/brown/yellow preferable embosed with contractor's firm name while carriying out any activities in defence area for better check of security purpose.
