Strengthening of Sewerage (P/L Internal Sewer Line Sector-49 Connect to Deep Sewer Line in STP Sector-50B), Noida.

Earth work in excavation by mecanical means (hydraulic excavater)/manual means in over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) i/c disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50 m and lift up 1.5, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kind of soil.The contractor has to detect different utilities like sewer line, water supply line, electric cable, telephone cable, gas pipe line etc. using utility detecting machine before start of excavation and shall start excavation only after getting permission of E/I.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth: consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5m.

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 or part thereof in all kind of soil.

a) 1.50 - 3.00 m

b) 3.00 - 3.50 m

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:-

a) Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

P/L in position Cement Concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – all work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 C. Sand (zone-cum III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

P/L Non-Pressure NP-3 class RCC Spigot Socketed pipe confirming to IS : 458 : 2003 with latest amendment laying in true alignment & position on craddle including with rubber ring (confirming to IS : 5382 with latest amendment testing of laid pipe as per direction of Engineer Incharge complete in all respect.
