REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF DG SET OF ELECTRIC SUPPLY INSTALLATION AND REPAIR TO LT PANEL AT INF LINE JAMNAGAR.

Servicing and overhauling DG set by deputing authorised service representative to attend the DG set foillowing capacity carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance checks as specified on diesel generating set of any Make and to carryout the following checks, preventive repairs, all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge. 1 : Checking the fan belt and adjusting tension, Checking the fuel and oil filter, Checking the air filter including cleaning and refixing,Checking of FIP oil level,Tightening the base bolts and nuts,Checking the coupling bolts and adjustment checking the self starter and Dynamo,Checking the battery distilled water levels and topping upto the required level,Checking the panels (Manual as well as AMF) attached to the DG set for loose connections, defects if any in the panel Board and replacement of spares all as directed,Checking the anti vibration mounting and adjusting the bolt,checking the radiator and radiator hose and arresting leakage if any,Checking the engine oil level and topping upto the required level. 2:Checking of Control switches , MCCB's, contactors, multi display meters , Engine control unit . 3: Servicing of DG set alongwith connected Alternator and Panel Board of the Engine shall be carried out as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and the Contractor shall carry out periodical inspections during the maintenenace period and shall be responsible for the smooth functioning of the DG set for Contract period and shall also attend all the maintenence / breakdown repairs as and when required in that period including attending and rectyfy any breakdown within 24 hrs of comunication,Failing to repair the DG set breakdown will attract penalty of Rs 1000/ 12hr. 4: Spare parts required for replacement during the maintenance period shall be measured and paid separately at supply & fix rates. 5: Minor spare parts other than those specified herein after but are mandatory for smoooth functioning of DG set is deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the item.

Complete repair overhauling and calibration of FIP/PT pump fuel nozzel incl replacement of complete repair kit required for the DG Set of following capacities :-

Supply and Topping up of lubricant oil / engine oil of 15W40 grade for DG sets at various location under GE Army jamnagar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting radiator complete from DG Sets cleaning/ scraping of deposits manually from outside of the radiator, cleaning of all copper tubes of radiator with descaling solution from inside & outside with forced feed method & with water and air compressor (by using separate chemical pump water pump & air compressor ) repairing of all leakage with welding, brazing of copper tubes, cleaning of fins and replacement of gaskets etc for the following capacities of DG sets :-

(a) 62.5 KVA DG set

(b) 30 KVA DG set

Cleaning of fuel tank both internally and externally by removing all the dust / sediments etc.

M&L for dismantaling and repairing of alternator engine mounted with replacement of rectifier, voltage regulator, diode plate, carbon brushes, pinion for 12V capacity. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantaling and repairing of Self starter 12 volts( other moinor fault) for DG set by replacing thr defective worn out parts such as Armature diode plate, solonoid switch, carbon brushes, incl. testing complete all as specified and as directed.

(i) Aluminium bus bar rating 1.5 times of incomming MCCB rating for phase and neutral both - 04 Nos

(ii) Incomming MCCB of current rating 200 Amps with thermal release 4 pole 415 volts 25 KA repturing capacity - 01 Nos.

(iii) Out going MCCB of current rating 63 Amps with thermal release 4 pole 415 volts 10 KA repturing capacity - 05 Nos.

Supply,install,test, commissioning of outdoor type floor mounted cubical type Main LT Distribution panel board, dust, varmin proof, IP54, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated enclosure of with angle iron frame 50 x 50 X 6mm and legs grouted (min 45 cm) in PCC 1:2:4 type B:1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate iron frame duly powder coated.The LT panel shall be suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system, 440 volts, 50 Hz duly prewired withcopper bus bar for MCCB's and single core PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade of suitable size, connecting the cable with necessary cable Glands and cable alley, copper Lugs, proper arrangement of ventilation, including PCC work including taking out old unserviceable panel complete as under, all as specified & directed and consisting of following:-
