High Performance Anticarbonation, high resistance to C02/S02/chloride ions diffusion, resistance to UV rays, elastoplastic, including skilled labours as per the manufactures specification including tools , tackles etc. complete, including water repellent coating over the painted surface as per manufacturer specification.. Surface preparation All surfaces should be dry and free from contamination such as oil, grease, loose particles, decayed matter, moss, algae growth, laitance, and all traces of mould release oils and curing compounds. This is best achieved by lightly grit blasting the surface. Where moss, algae or similar growths have occurred, treatment with a proprietary biocide should be carried out after the grit blasting process.

Removal of existing plaster on external, internal walls, towers upto any thick wherever found required including deep raking the joints , providing suitable treatment to remove the formation of alkali salts rinsing with hot water or by chemical wash (if required) without eroding the brick surface etc. complete including materials, chemicals, cost of labour, tools and tackles complete including wetting/damping or drying the wall etc. complete and disposal of debris etc complete

Providing and applying composite polymer Stucco plaster upto required thick to match the existing profile with appropriate Mix with addition of Polypropylene Fibre as per manufacture specification and admixture to minimums the permeability over an bond coat of SBR cement slurry for both negative cast (if required) and finishing coat , finish coat shall be 1:1 stucco (1: Cement, 1: fine Marble powder, mixed with wtaer:SBR at the rate of 1:1 ratio i.e. 1 water: 1 SBR) upto 1mm to 5mm thick by brush or towelled smooth or floated etc as per the requirement including materials, skilled masons, curing etc., complete., Existing masonry joints which are exposed shall be deep raked and repointed before plastering.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 6mm done chips of 10mm to 20 mm depending on the site condition) with addition of Polypropylene fibre as per manufactures specification or at the rate of 200 gms per one bag of cement and admixture at the rate of 200 ml per bag of cement etc. mixing, pouring, levelling, curing etc including lift etc. complete for PCC flagging or wherever required.

Wall Painting with plastic Emulsion paint (one or More Coat) of required color of approved brand and manufacture on new work to give an even shade including tools tackles etc complete

Providing and applying a layer of epoxy rasin fairing coat at 1mm thickness on the external/internal surface of the wall. The epoxy fairing coat should be a two component thixotropic, solvent free, compound based on epoxy resins, graded fillers and thixotropic agents. It is applied directly to concrete substrates, without primer, and cures to a surface ready for over coating.

Providing and laying 110mm dia PVC pipes (6 kgs/cm2) including bends, specials, couplings, clamps, sealing the joints with jointing solutions and labour etc. complete for sanitary lines, rainwater down take etc. wherever found required.

Providing and applying Polyurethane polishing on wooden surface,which shall protect against dust, weathering, abrasion, and other processes which damage it with PU polish over time.
