1. Tender once offered shall not be withdrawn except with the permission of Municipal Corporation.

2. Tender once accepted shall be binding to the contractor even if the format agreement is not signed.

3. Items may very with regard to their quantities if necessary arises.

4. All duties chargeable by the Municipal Corporation will be payable by the Contractor.

5. Every partner of a firm shall have to sign the tender documents otherwise the same will not be considered.
