(Oil should be supplied in sealed barrel of Power/Transol brand) Note: oil shall be filled in the transformers/stabilizers to be repaired or installed at site at different locations.

M&L for servicing and renewal/replacement of defective parts of oil type transformer capacity 400 KVA 11/.433 kV Indoor/out door type of any make by disconnecting of HT bus bar connection and providing electric power to user by alternative arrangement, opening of doors etc complete cleaning of the inside compartment,core and coils by vacuum cleaner incl lead supports,tap changer terminal boards,bushing and other insulated surface be wiped clean with dry cloth and all connections must be checked for tightening after cleaning up to the satisfaction of Engr-in- Charge the transformer must be meggred and connecting all connection and necessary testing complete with under mentioned scope of work. defective part measured and paid under respective item howver fixing charges included. (i) Cleaning of transformer from inside/out side. (ii) Testing the transformer for IR values (iii) Checking/servicing/calibration of WTI for healthiness (iv) Magnetic balance test (v) IR Value check before and after the work (vi) Voltage ratio test at 440 V. (vii) DC logic test (viii) Commissioning of transformer after completion of work. Note :- (i) Test results obtained shall be recorded and produced to the Engr-in- Charge. (ii) All measuring equipments and T&P required shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Any item/activity not listed/covered here above and required during/completing the overhauling work will have to be arranged by contractor himself. (iv) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for disconnection of transformer HV/LV terminations for testing work and re-connections after completion of repair work.

Comperehensive maintenance of HT panel/RMU, detection of defective components, replacement of wornout parts and servicing/cleaning of mechanical components through authorised service centre of VCB manufacturer /OEM or skilled VCB repairing agency, re-insertion oftrolly in HT panel, testing for smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Taking down and Supply, lay and joint in replacement in trenches 150mm bore, ductile iron (DI) pipe Class "K-7" , of standard length spigot and socketed end push type joint with rubber gasket as jointing material, internal cement mortar coating and external surface with bituminous paint of size150 mm (6") dia ISI including specials all as spd and directed.

M & L bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight bend, increasing, decreasing or double socked etc) tee pieces , single branch, junction, double branch, cross ( all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps plugs suitable for the pipe upto 300 mm bore.

Dismantling the centrifugal Pump 15 HP including disconnecting suction and delivery etc and reassembling after replacement of necessary spares including greasing and painting of 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint using spray machine complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge. [NOTE: Replacemnt of worn out spares will be measured and paid separately].

Supply and replace following worn out spares of Centrifugal/monoblock pump sets.

Bearing as per existing Size suitable for 15 HP motor

Rubber bush for coupling as per existing size for 15 HP motor

Gland packing for 15 HP motor

Taking down electric motor 3 phase, 415 Volt capacity 15 HP, incoming disconnection electric connections, dismantling slots, taking out burnt windings and rewinding the motor with super enameled copper wire as per existing size including insulating material and varnishing,greasing, painting with super enameled paint as per colour coad assembling the motor after rewinding and mounting at its own position, replacing the old nut, bolts and testing all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out Soft/ Loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in incl spreading levelling watering and well Ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Construction of brick masonry valve pit complete including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified with internal dimension 150x150x110cm (type 'B') including MS sheet cover 3mm thick welded with hinges on angle iron frame 50x50x6mm with hold fast grouted in 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 coping on top of brick wall including necessary locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable foot valve 80/100 mm dia from the UG sump and S & F new foot valve 80 mm dia ball type incl rubber gasket, bolts, buts complete all as directed.

Supply & fix of sluice valves flanged type class PN 1.6 complete all as specified and directed
