M&L for excavation in trenches in soft or loose soil not exceeding 1.5 Meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 Meter deep in any type of soil including cutting in slopes etc for laying of pipe line including getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers in soft / loose soil not exceeding 25 cm in each layer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for removal of excavated material (Soil) to a distance up to 50 Meter from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 Meter above as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for CI/DI fitting for spigot & socket end pipes such as Bends (any type, radius and angle), tappers any type (Straight bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch. Y Junction, double branch, cross (all socket and spigot ) M J collars, Caps and plugs upto 300 mm bore including removing/ dismantling of old CI fittings complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Due to diversion of 300mm pipe line only 800 Kg (approx) CI fittings taking out as sch of credit.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete including necessary form work finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for any type of structural steel sections , nut- bolt, washers, sheets, back plate, xpm mesh, wire mesh, bending, cutting in shape, welding, drilling holes, flanges including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing and jointing CI/DI sluice valve, ISI marked, Class PN-1.6 (Rising type) with flanged and drilled ends, suitable for 300mm nominal bore pipe/fittings with iron wheel high tensile steel spindle (and gear metal locking part) with & including joints and jointing materials such as bolt, nuts, washers and rubber gasket etc complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 120 cmx120cmx120cm with necessary excavation , returning filling in, steel work for cover using MS sheet 3 mm thick welded/hinged MS angle iron 40x40x6mm forged flat iron hinges, sliding type lifting handle of MS bar 12 mm dia locking arrangement at one end, including painting of all metallic parts with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, complete all as specfied and directed.

Material and labour for ductile iron pipes with socketed and spigot ends suitable for tyton joints centrifugally cast (spun) class 'K-7' in any length laid in trenches of 300 mm bore with cement mortar internal lining and external zinc coating with a bitumen finishing layer, including necassary joints/spares complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing 300mm dia MS pipe ERW,8mm in thickness in six metre length having threading and welding at both ends externally confirming to IS 3589 including two coats of anti corrosive paint (approved colour) over a coat of primers on external surfaces of pipes complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Laying of MS pipe can be vertical or horizontal in direction.

Supplying, fixing and jointing CI/DI double air valve of 200mm dia (Isolating type), ISI marked, , suitable for 300mm nominal bore pipe/fittings with & including joints and jointing materials such as bolt, nuts, washers and rubber gasket etc complete all as specified & as directed.

Supplying, fixing and jointing CI/DI double air valve of 50mm dia (Isolating type), ISI marked, , suitable for 80/100mm nominal bore pipe/fittings with & including joints and jointing materials such as bolt, nuts, washers and rubber gasket etc complete all as specified & as directed.

Cutting the existing hard standing/ metal road of facilitate for laying of water pipe line of any type any size and making good the disturbed portion to bring it to original condition with plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting of cast iron pipe or any other type of 100/80 mm bore for insertion of tees, collars, sluice valves, etc including dewatering work required for working water pipe lines complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of cast iron pipe 300 mm bore for insertion of tees, collars, sluice valves, etc including dewatering work required for working water pipe lines complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour MS flange min 8 mm thick of 300mm dia duly drilled holes including welding in plain end of MS pipe with one rubber gasket .

S &F Cast Iron D Joint / Mechanical Joint set complete of two flanged collar one no sleeve two nos rubber 'O' ring and nut bolts washers of suitable size for 300 mm bore CI/DI /GI pipe complete including necessary cutting, grinding work to fix in pipe as directed. (Note:- Earth work required to clear the existing pipe line shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply, Laying, fixing & testing galvanished iron water tubing 'medium grade; with and inclduing all GI fittings such as flanges, unions reducers sockets, socket reducing bends , elbows, tee, checkneuts, caps, plugs etc laid in trenches for the following sizes complete all as specifed and directed. Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measuered and paid seperately under respective item of schedule 'A".

S&F for Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head by screwing/cutting of existing pipe lines for the following size complete all as specifed and directed.

Refixing of Old GI tubing in new or Old position (walls, ceiling, floors and trench etc) for the following size complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measuered and paid seperately under respective item of schedule 'A"

Dismantling and taking out the existing corroded / scaled GI pipe / PPR/ PALP pipe with fittings connections from trenches, walls, ceiling or floor for the following sizes of GI pipe lines and removal from site or disposed off for the following sizes complete with all fittings including gate valves, all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of schedule "A"

Dismantling and taking out the existing corroded old CI pipe of 300mm with fittings connections from trenches or floor and removal from site or disposed off for the same pipe line complete all as specifed and directed. Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of schedule "A". Note : (i) Due to diversion of root of pipe line less qty of CI pipe line will be dismantle against laying of pipe line and during execution of work dismantle qty may be change and it may increase or decrease. Old scrap CI pipe & lead retrived will be credited to contractor through sch of credit on actual measurement. (ii) During dismantling of same pipe line disturbed lawn grass and plants from the site to be replanted of similar breed will be the responsibility of the Contractor, without any extra cost and the condition/status of that site should be same in all respect as before starting the work. (iii) The Contractor should visit the site before quoting the rates of the items

M&L for disconnection of existing pipe line of any type of 20mm dia to 80mm dia and disconnect the same from main CI/DI pipe line and provide end plug to existing water pipe line (CI/DI/GI/MS) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Excavation and earth work shall not be measuered separately. Cost of earth work and excavation are included in quoted rate of the item. (ii) Cost of all required items such as end plug of required size and all required items for complete this job are included in quoted rate of this item.

Supply , fix, testing & commissioning of filters comprising of following :- (a) Vertical self supporting mulitgrade filter fabricated from MS sheet as per IS:2825 thickness of MS sheet of shell 5 mm thick & 6mm thick MS sheet for dish end. Multigrade filter has minimum diameter of 1400mm with 1875mm height, pressure gauges of 0 to 7 kg/cm2 at inlet and outlet bib tap for sample collecting. 05 numbers of butterfly valves of 80mm /suittble dia with pipe and and all required conected pipe length with connected fittings of suitable size and other accessories, with initial complete charge of filter media of following types:- (a) Mixture of Mess sand 2150 Kg. (b) Fine Silex 6.5 to 2.5mm - 250 Kg (c) Coarse silex 0.5 to 2.5mm - 250 Kg (d) Pebbles 20 to 2.5mm - 250 Kg (e) Pebbels 20 to 25mm - 250 Kg (f) Pebbels 25 to 40mm - 350 Kg Flow apacity -22M3/Hr, max pressure - 3 Kg/Sqcm, Test pressure - 5.5 Kg/Sqcm (b) Vertical self supporting carben filter fabricated from MS sheet as per IS:2825 thickness of MS sheet of shell 5 mm thick & 6mm thick MS sheet for dish end. Flow apacity -25M3/Hr, max pressure - 3 Kg/Sqcm, Test pressure - 5.5 Kg/Sqcm Note:- (i) Painting inside multigrade filter will be done by epoxy paint and outer side by red oxide primer with two coat and two coat of synthetic enamel paint and cost of the painting shall be included in the quoted rate of this item. (ii) Foundation of the pressure filter shall be made as per manufacturer and rate of foundation shall also be deemed to included in the quoted rate. (iii) Cutting/welding/modification of MS pipe shall be responsibility of the contractor with out any extra cost.

M&L for bubble pool cover sheet not less than 500 micron, LLDPE sheet, colours approved by GE, bubble diameter 8-12mm, UV and chemical resistant, temperature resistant upto 80 degree C all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- This item will be rolled / unrolled on the steel roller quoted under item No 39. Contractor will be responsible for complete smooth operation for rolling / unrolling of pool cover with steel rolling stand at the time of completion of work.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting outsoft/loose soil by mechnical plant complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 1:4:8 D-2 type cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT MS bar 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire ( annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or complete all as specified and directed.

M & L degine mix ( M-25 20mm graded Aregates) Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concretecomplete all as specified and directed

M & L formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M & L slab RCC 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) for slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slab, and in shelves and this like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished surfaces even and smooth with using extra complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250)quality-A Plate girder or single stanchions, built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases. splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 22.5cm and n exc 30cm long complete all as specified and directed

S & F Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250)quality-A Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachmentcomplete all as specified and directed

S & F new surfaces of any description two coat of synthetic paint and one coat of red oxide primer, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for stainless steel stands tube grade 304 well polished heavy duty tubing for pool cover roller having suitable Nos of bearings on each side for smooth operation of rolling and un rolling of swimming pool cover. (To match up the size of existing swimming pool). Swimming Pool roller stand having following minimum parts for each stand :- (a) Full solid nylon tyres of minimum 80 mm dia x 40 mm width & necessary bearing/bush for smooth movement – 04 Nos on each side. (b) Crank & wheel for rolling cover, Spoke crank wheel of minimum 300 mm dia. (c) Convenience handles (d) Anti slip lags as per requirements (e) Velcro strap attachment points (f) Clips to connect the cover (g) Steel roller shaft / heavy steel tube for rolling / un rolling pool cover suitable for swimming pool. Steel roller 80 mm overall dia construct by shaft made of minimum 25 mm dia solid MS shaft axle and 80 mm dia overall roller.
