P/L, of dry stone soling duly hand packed for foundation and backfilling with ramming, dressing, and compacting all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, cost and carriage of material involved complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) all complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills, fillets etcupto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing with 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs andsteps etc complete.

12mm Cement plaster of mix:1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) complete.

work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) including Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level including carriage from approved source upto site of work.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing, cleaning and curing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) Ordinary cement without any pigment incl. carriage all complete.

Ornamental steel work welded in built up sections / framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position using structural steel etc. as required in guard bars railing etc with other necessary fittings/ fixtures complete as per the directions of Incharge Engineer (ornamental steel work for grill) incl. priming.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in -All kinds of soil
