S & F in repair GM fire hydrant landing valve type A (single head outlet) of 63 mm dia with new hydrant ISI mark, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair GM fire hydrant landing valve type B (Double head outlet) of 63 mm dia with new hydrant ISI mark, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as a base foundation for the pipe lines including one coat of white wash and necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The Quoted rate shall be inclusive of removing the damaged PCC base foundation & levelling the surface as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair single hydrant stand post made of MS pipe of size 80 mm bore heavy grade, 1.50 m height with 90°, duck foot bend both end flanged and including welding if required to suit single fire hydrant valve and testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down & refixing the old fire hydrant valves of size 63/80mm dia from hydrant post and removing the corrosion, changing the damaged pins from pivot end, softening the shaft of iron wheel and applying the greese for lubrication of fire hydrant valves, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The quoted rate shall be inclusive of Nut & Bolts, rubber gaskets and other connected items.

Repair/ maintenance of fire hose box by changing of damaged doors along with locking arrangements, front glass of existing size, PCC foundation and necessary rubber gaskets for doors, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The quoted rate shall be inclusive of one coat red-oxide paint, paint red and inside clean white paint and numbering of box as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair 15 mtrs long percolating canvas hose of 63mm dia with male and female coupling with copper winding conforming to IS 903, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair hose reel drum 30 mtrs length, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair four way fire brigade inlet connection with isolation valve with instataneous gun metal coupling 63mm dia complete all as per fire standards made out of 150mm dia class 'B' MS pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair fire hose box made of 18 gauge MS sheet 1200mm x 900mm x 600mm with double door with 4mm thick glasses and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fire red outside and brilliant white inside and numbering of box with white paint on a circular black background paint of required size, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair fire hose box made of 18 gauge MS sheet 800mm x 600mm x 250mm with double door with 4mm thick glass and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fire red outside and brilliant white inside and numbering of box with white paint on a circular black background paint of required size, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 63 mm SS branch pipe and nozzle confirming to IS:903, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve chamber of following sizes with angle iron frame and MS sheet cover 3mm thick duly painted 2 coats of red oxide/ zinc chromate primer including lifting handle, locking arrangement, excavation and earth work, plastering including dismantling of old valve chamber of any size and taking out rusted MS sheet with angle iron frame, complete all as specified and directed:-

Note:- (a) The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of T&P such as air compressor for pressure testing etc. (b) Earthwork, DI/MS pipe & specials required for rectiifcation shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches in soft/lose soil n.exc. 1.5M wide & n exc 1.5M deep for laying of GI/CI pipe line & getting out including forming bottom surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer n.exc. 250 mm in any type of soil after the pipe laid & tested, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for overhauling to Jockey pump set and motor of followings capacities as per the original assembly after replacing the worn out unserviceable parts, including cleaning replacing the bearings for both pumps & motors including packing bolts, nuts washers and MS clamps etc and applying one coat of approved enamel paint on exposed steel surface, making the pump and motor fully serviceable including machine work etc and testing the both after refixing and commissioning for satisfactory operation on its full load, complete all as specified and directed:-

M&L for overhauling of squirrel cage induction electrical motor of following capacities, 3 phase, 415 volts including disconnecting all electrical connections, decoupling from pump, taking down the motor from foundation, cleaning and varnishing the stater & rotor winding, heating and drying, replacement of burnt terminals, greasing to bearings, re-assembling the motor and refixing of motor on the foundation by using new nut, bolts and washers, coupling with pump,checking alignment connecting all electrical connections, checking the vibrations, RPM and testing on full load, complete all as specified and directed:- Note:-The quoted shall be inclusive of small U/S parts such as new packing materials, nuts, bolts & washers, gland bolt & packing, coupling bushes and coupling bolts.

Surface dressing in soft/loose soil not exeeding 15 cm deep, across the pipe lines and including site clearence, cutting and cleaning of branches / bushes / plants / grass obstructing the pipe lines / valves / chambers / sumps / OHTs on either sides and water supply Installation area including disposal of materials up to a distance not exceeding 50 m, complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for attending break down of any size CI/DI/MS pipe line bursting / cracks and including cleaning / removal of broken pipe pieces of various lengths through gas cutting / manual cutting as per site requirement and including inserting necessary specials such as pipes, CI / DI Collar / mechanical Joints etc as per site requirement, testing for leakages of lead joints, testing and necessary dewatering, complete all as specified and directed. Note 1 :- The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of following:- (i) Arrangement of suitable Pump sets for dewatering at the time of attending break down. (ii) Necessary labour/trade men for attending break down. (iii) Labour element required for fixing CI/DI/MS pipes, specials, fittings etc. Note 2 :- Lead joints, DI/ MS pipes, specials, fittings and Earthwork shall be measured and paid seperately.
