Dismantling of brick work/solid block work built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description as in coping over compound wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description as in coping ,banding etc wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work embedded with RCC / PCC block etc of any description not otherwise provided for all complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, apex stones, bed plates etc over existing compound wall for fixing angle iron including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Reinforced cement Concrete Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs ,bands, copings and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply & Fix Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, up to and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repair to mild steel work as in posts, struts, grills in fencing over existing compound wall including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of stranded rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and Re-Fixing Galvanised barbed wire with restraining re securing including making good staples etc as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge

Supply & Fix in repairs concertina coil of 610mm diameter made out of 2.5mm dia spring steel core wire 230 Gram/m2 (minimum) dipped with corrosion preventive fluid (Rusilo 901) of Castrol make in white colour, each coil having a 50 turns (circles) and an average weight not less than 8.57 Kg (plus or minus 5%) including handle and spike at both ends of coil, erected in position on top of compound wall (stretchable length of each coil 6.25 to 7.0 metre or as per manufacture approved length ) all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down & re-fixing of existing concertina coil of any size and type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for Precast cement concrete solid block masonry 1:3:6, type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate exceeding 10cm in width and setting cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for brick/block masonry using any type of existing block exceeding 10cm in width and setting cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plastering any description on brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc completed all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior emulsion Two coats @ 1.67 litre/10 sqm (Weather Coat Anti Fungal Nature) paint of (as approved/ required shade) of New work over a coat of exterior grade primer @ 2.20 Kg/10 sqm completed all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of old distempered/cemented surfaces with complete removal of existing treated walls and applying Acrylic Smooth exterior emulsion paint Two coats @ 1.67 litre/10 Sqm (Weather Coat Anti Fungal Nature) of (as approved/ required shade) of existing surface over a coat of exterior grade primer @ 2.20 kg/10 Sqm completed all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of surfaces of new iron and steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint completed all as specified and directed Notes for Item No 1 to 21:- The vegetation along both sides of the compound wall shall be cleaned by the contractor without any extra cost to the Department.

Amount of Credit Schedule shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
