Supply and fixing of TW assembly and other material as below:- Supply & Lowering of tubewell assembly 200 mm dia, 7.9mm thick MSERW pipe confirming to IS code IS 4270 or latest amended with maintaining the verticality of assembly and welding/ jointing properly as per direction of Engineer-in –charge.

200 mm dia MSERW plain pipe 7.9 mm thick.

200 m dia MSERW slotted pipe 7.9 mm thick (Confirming to as per IS Code IS8110:2000 in zigzag pattern)

Supply and fixing of 200 mm dia, 8 mm thick MS tubewell cap.

S/F of Bail plug to plug the tubewell at bottom with providing hook of suitable dia.

Supply and fixing of 200 mm dia M.S.D.I housing clamp completed with two nos. 200 mm size M.S channel.

Supply and shrouding of pea gravel confirming to IS code IS460-1962 and of 2.00 mm to 4.00 grit size.

Development of Tubewell by air compressor 350 PSI/1100 CFM, 250 psi and reduction line if requir3ed to get the sand free/ permissible limit discharge as per IS Code- IS1189-1999

Development of tubewell with O.P. unit including supply ans installation of over pumping unit to get the sand free discharge.

Logging with electronic/analog logging machine complete with logging graph in such a manner that clear drilling of required dept available at the time of lowring of assembly.

Chemical and bacteriological testing of water sample as per IS Code IS10500:2012 from NABL approved lab for all parameters.

Geohydrological survey of site.

Supply & Installation of 400 L.P.M & 55 mtr. Head Pumping Plant & Accessories at Makhayali Kalan, Block- Laksar, Haridwar (Pumping plant with efficiency greater than 55% shall be prefered). The contractor has to give rate for given head and discharge and submit spacifications as required by the Nigam, However, In case the actual head at site changes within 10%(+ or -) either side, the contractor has to provide pump of required head and discharge at the same rate as already quoted by the firm and no extra payment will be made to the contractor for the above variation. moreover the contractor has to submit the revised spacification and design as required by the Nigam. (Pump set only 400 LP.M. and 55 mtr. head pumping plant and accessories rates are consider at the time of financial evaluation.)

Supply of submersible pumping plant capable of delivering 400 lpm discharge at 55 mt. head with suitable submersible motor and10% shut off head including electric motor to be operated on 400/440 (+\-)10% volts,3 phase,50 C\s AC at 2900 RPM nominal speed along with submersible cable supplied by the manufacturer with pump.

Supply of spare pumping plant as above

Supply of submersible pumping plant capable of delivering 400 lpm discharge at 45 mt. head with suitable submersible motor and10% shut off head including electric motor to be operated on 400/440 (+\-)10% volts,3 phase,50 C\s AC at 2900 RPM nominal speed along with submersible cable supplied by the manufacturer with pump.

Supply of spare pumping plant as above

Supply of submersible pumping plant capable of delivering 400 lpm discharge at 65 mt. head with suitable submersible motor and10% shut off head including electric motor to be operated on 400/440 (+\-)10% volts,3 phase,50 C\s AC at 2900 RPM nominal speed along with submersible cable supplied by the manufacturer with pump.

Supply and installation of electrical panel with fully automatic star/delta starter suitable to be operated on 415 (+\-)10% volts,3 phase with neutral 50 C/S AC with panel suitable for 650 LPM discharge and 55 Mtr Head set along with all safety devices i.e. single phase preventer, earth fault relay, electronic over load relay, over /under voltage relay & Auto phase reversal unit complete in all respect supplied by OEM only with copper strip/cable for power wiring inside panel.

Main Switch 63 Amp with wooden board.

Supply of jointing material such as lugs. Tapes etc.

Supply, Installantion, testting and commissioning of 25 KVA,oil cooled copper wounded auto operated outdoor servo voltage stabilizer with (carbon bush system). (i) Using flat carbon brushes and dimmer state unit separate control panel, plug and play socket connected with flexible cable up to 20 ft. for increase of fixing at accessible plage suitable for unbalance input valtage and unbalance current load efficiency should be good.
