Dismantling brick or Stone masonry in lime or cement motor under 3.0m hight including stacking the useful materials within initial lead .removing the debris within 50m lead etc complete as per the Specification & direction of the Engineer - in -charge.

Earth work Excavation in hard soil or gravelly soil for FOUNDATION withen 50m.Initial lead and 1.50m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30m in depth and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying , filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers including watering and ramming with the cost,conveyances, royalities, taxes of the materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc.complete (measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only) as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black hand broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting,lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6") thick to the required level ramming watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of lall materials with all taxes and royalities and all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete in cm (1:2:4) using 12mm size h.g.c.b. chips with all cost conveyancy Royality including watering,curing compacting etc. complete.as per specification and direction of the Engineer - in -charge.

Supplying ,fitting & Fixing Vetrifed tile in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1cement : 1sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete with all cost ,conveyance including scaffolding tax,T&P,labour etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in -charge.

Supplying fitting fixing of 60mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade of approved make design colour and size made by lock making machine with proper compaction laid inrequired pattern etc complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP-63:2018 and as per the direction of the Engineer - in -charge.

Painting 2 coats with approved paint on old wood / iron work including cost of Paint with all cost ,conveyance including scaffolding tax,T&P,labour etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in -charge.

Wall painting two coats with any approved quality of Weather coat to give an even shade including cost of all materials,labour, T&p required for the work complete as per Specification & direction of the Engineer - in -charge.
