M&L taking out unsv electromegnetic type bulk water meter of size 600mm dia complete with old fittings etc all as directed.

M&L for DI special of size 600mm dia such as coller, caps, short pieces, conencting pieces all flanged type, one end flanged,both end flanged and other end socket spigot type with nitrile rubber gasket / flange gasket, stainless steel nut, bolt, washter and spring washer complete.

Cutting existing DI line of size 600 mm and inserting Elctromagnetic flow meter with all fitting and flange work, including earth work and bailing out line water complete. Note :- DI fitting shall be measured & paid under respective items.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Indoor type Programmable Logic Controller based Automation Panel. The panel shall be floor mounted / Wall Mounted of suitable Size, fabricated from 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet and properly powder coated The Panel shall be suitable for control and Monitoring of 01 no Flow Meter. The Panel shall consist of (i) PLC with CPU, Power Supply, suitable no. of digital inputs / outputs and analog inputs / outputs, expansion modules, RTC and 02 nos. Communication Ports (ii) HMI - 4 line LCD display with 15 sealed membrane keys & 1 No. Communication Ports, (iii) SMPS of 5 A rating, (v) MCB - 2P, 10 A, (vi) 0.5 sqmm multistarnded internal wiring with ferruling and suitable lugs. (vii) GPRS enabled wirless modem, Omni directional antenna and PLC to modem communication cord etc. (viii) Suitable no. of interposing relays 24 V D.C. and 230 V A.C. coil rating and 6 A contact rating The PLC and Panel shall perform the follwing function (a) GPRS based on line realtime wieless communicaion with the Central SCADA Station. (b) Including 4G SIM Card

M/L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode, 60Cm X60 Cm X 6.0 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip 32x6 mm by means of galvanised iron or steel with 40mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of earth strip and all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to elelctrical equipments all as specified or indicated including Exc & earth work, constn of PCC pit with RCC cover, watering pipe 20mm dia light grade with funnel & wire mesh & testing on completion all as directed. cost of earth strip of size 32x6mm up to 7.5 mtr deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contactor

Excavating in trenches for manually soft/loose soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for taking out anytype of water tubing, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out

Returning, filling in any type of soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50M where directed and at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point.

Dismentling of stone massonary valve chamber of any size and pattern and at any position and construction of valve chamber with PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate stone massonary built in cement mortar 1:6 with plastering of 10mm thickness internally and 15mm thickness externally above and below ground level with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate incl frame made of angles iron of size 5mm thick matches with the internal size of the valve chamber painting the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl necessary earth work, excavation etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge of size 4000mm x 2000mm x 1500mm
