M&L PCC type C-2 Mix 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate), 75mm thick in plinth protection/path finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement with joints filled with bitumen grade 85/ 25 and sand in equal proportions by weight complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickworks built in cement mortar including necessary support/proping to existing slab complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for brick work in CM 1:6with sub class B brick old size straight or curved on plan exc.6m mean radius all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster from wall of any description on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M & L 12mm thick rendering cement plaster on brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 , finishing the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 12mm thick rendering cement plaster on brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 , finishing the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls.

Dismatling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement motor bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises.

M & L for non skid ceramic (colored) premium quality, 7 to 8 mm thick as in floor area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but n exceeding 0 .11 Sqm , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match incl and over screed bed or beeding layers of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 in floors, complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic colored tiles of size 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick as in skirting/ dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering cement plaster with 1:4 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

M&L machine cut Kota stone slab 18 to 20 mm thick flooring/steps (tread)etc laid and jointed with grey cement slurry incl. rubbing and polishing, over and including 20 mm thick CM 1:6 screed bed complete all as specified and directed.(Note: All exposed side of kota stone slab to be rounding)

Ditto as pre item no 21 above but in vertical surfaces such as skirting over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4

Taking down chawkats or frames exc 1.5 sq.m and n. exc 4Sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) and remove from site all as specified and directed.
