Providing Services of Pre-Audit Services and Supervisory Audit for a period of one year for Mysuru Zone of KRIDL

Firm should have minimum five years experience in preparation of accounts of State PSU / State Boards / Central PSUs or for any Organisations of Government of Karnataka /Private limited infrastructure companies having an annual turnover of not less than Rs 1000 crores during the relevant period.

Chartered Accountant firm having experience in Financial Audit services at any level for Karnataka State infrastructure development PSUs in past 3 years

Chartered Accountant firm having experience in Financial Audit services / Consultancy at any level for Central infrastructure development PSUs in past 3 years

Chartered Accountant firm having experience in GST, Income tax , TDS works for any PSU

Atleast 6 number of Chartered Accountants as partners with FCA Qualification having atleast 5 years of association with the firm

Atleast 6 No. of CAs as employees

Chartered Accountants firm having experience in pre-audit / Consultancy /Statutory Audit of any state / Central P.S.U / body / Organisation having at least 30 branches

Firm Should have Minimum average annual financial turnover of 5.00 crore at least in last three financial Years.

Adequacy of the proposed work plan & methodology in responding to the TOR.
