Material and labour Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm as in vertical surfaces of skirting/bdado etc over 10 mm thick rendering in cm (1:4) complete all as specified.

M & L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface size 450mm x 350mm x & ( 6mm to 7mm )mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over & including 10mm thick screed bed or backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 laying of skirting/dado on walls all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for 18-20mm thick granite stone slab, of any type, table rubbed and polished, in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and the like in laid over and including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) (rate shall be included) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of slab and taking off old damaged slab and disposing off complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L pre-polished chequered coloured paver tiles 25mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11sqm, in floors, set, jointed & pointed with neat white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match colour of tile, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) &Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre (rate shall be included) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L applying one coat of cold bituminous primer (as approved by GE) @0.25ltr/Sqm over dried up surface of concrete/ plastered including cleaning surfaces confirming to IS 3384-1986 complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and laying APP based polymeric membrane 3 mm thick (Minimum), weighting not less than 3.5 kg/Sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighting not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over Bituminious primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torching application etc as per manufacturer's instructions. The overlaps shall be minium 100 mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm longitudinal direction including one coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S & F Solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tube complete all as specified in clause 8B.3.1 and shown on page 150 of MES Schedule Part-II (2010).

S & F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, supply and fixing in the frame at site as per clause 8 B.2.1 of MES schedule Part-II (2004) complete all as specified. S & F Factory made wire gauzed PVC moulded door shutter 30 mm thick (style) wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

Supply and fix Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified.

S & F Pressed steel frames made of 1.25mm thick MS sheet of profile 105x60mm for door and window frames with one or more rebates including hinges (100/50mm stainless steel),lock strike plate, shock absorber, 20mm dia 60mm long MS conduit for housing of a drop bolt, treating of internal surfaces of chowkhats with coal tar or black paint including hinges, hold fasts/lugs etc complete all as specified.
