Demolition of Building Nos. A-1 (4-storied) of WBSEDCL at LA Block Housing Complex, Salt Lake, buy-back of serviceable materials and transportation & removal of all unserviceable materials & debris as per rules of the Municipal Authority and back filling the excavated trench by rubbish and/ or carried earth (including bearing the cost thereof) to leave the site in clean & tidy condition including obtaining necessary permissions from concerned authorities with payment of charges thereof, taking all necessary safety measures, diversion, guarding, barricading, signage etc. as per 'Scope of Work' of the bid all complete (Amount payable to WBSEDCL by the bidder). The above rate & amount are inclusive of all materials, labour, equipments, tools & tackles, taxes, duties, cess & incidental charges, but excluding GST.
