SOLAR POWER INVERTER

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of Solar Panel powered Inverter (Sine wave) with Battery backup for 8 Hours of capacity 03 KW (single phase 230 Volt, 50Hz, AC supply) complete (off grid Type) with and inclusive of electrical and mechanical accessories & stand for Inverter and Batteries. Note: (i) Solar panel of specification 320 Wp(minimum) polycrystalline type to be provided. (ii) Invertor and battery backup shall be placed near stair case. ROAD/HARD STANDING/CULVERT

Material and Labour for Granular sub base (GSB) with grading V of 200mm thick compacted thickness (laid in two layers of 100mm each, compacted separately) confirming to grading as specified, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete using necessary mechanical paver/grader and vibratory soil compactor of capacity 8-10 tonne all as specified and as directed. (a) Pavement shall be made for solid quantity arrived after consolidation. (b) Compaction of granular sub base filling shall be carried out under optimum moisture condition to achieve 98.50 modified density. (c) Curing shall be carried out as per IRC recommendations. (d) Before execution of this item the approved material obtained from outside MD land shall be tested/checked for suitability to use. (e) The lead/Royalty involved is to be ascertained by the contractor before quoting his tender and no extra payment/Adjustment for increased in lead or rate of royalty due to whatever reason shall be admissible on his account. (f) Contractor shall use vibratory earth compactor in lieu of power roller to achieve 98.00% MDD at OMC without any extra cost and the method of compaction to be adopted as per recommendation of agency reporting MDD at OMC. (g) GSB shall be as per MORTH specification as detailed in particular specification.

AREA DRAINAGE

M&L for PCC solid block masonry with C(5.0) grade solid units having density not less than 18000 kg/sqm as per IS 2185 Part-I, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar CM (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install and commissioning integrated public address and talk back facility for G+9 buildings consisting of following:- (A) Loudspeaker System of highly adaptable surface-mount design, a 2-way bass-reflex type, 4''(10 cm) cone driver for low frequency and 1''(2.5 cm) balance dome tweeter for high frequency, with internal transformer that allow both high-impedance and low-impedance drive of rating 15W/100. Two RJ45 connectors with the YDIF format shall be provided for digital input/output that allow the amplifier to be connected via an Ethernet cable to another YDIF-equipped device. Two 3-pin Euro block connectors shall be provided for a REMOTE connector and a FAULT OUTPUT connector. (iv) Construction Details/specification are as follows: (a) Outer body :- CRCA Sheet of 1.6mm thick (b) Doors :- CRCA sheet of 1.6 mm thick c) Sound Insulation :- As per OEM Norms (v) The acoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit. (vi) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG Set on a suitable insulated plat form. (vii) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button (viii) The enclosure should be suitably illuminated by CFL/FTL Lamp fittings. (ix) The noise level should be 75 dba at 1m under free field conditions. (x) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. The powder coating shade should be Gen set Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade. (E) The coated rate includes excavation, removing of soft soil and PCC, Cement Concrete foundation, filling and mass concrete type B2 (1:2:4) using 40 mm graded aggregate of size not less than 4.6 x 3.0 x 0.8 m for placing of DG Set complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 × 600 × 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead strip of 32 x 6 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm and 50 mm dia light grade GI pipe upto test point or 7.5 mtr and GI pipe 20 mm medium grade for watering pipe as earthing lead all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. all as specified and as directed.

(c) Battery operated emergency light (LED ceiling fitting), alarm (speaker for emergency alarm system to be fixed) and stop button in car with rechargeable arrangement for battery. (l) Set of three in number limit switches at the bottom and top most position of lift hoist ways as specified in IS. (m) Mirror of 4 mm thickness of suitable size as specified. (n) Specification plate with complete details. (o) Continuous earthing for machine and equipments, 2 Nos of GI plate earthing per lift as shown in electrode plate No 3 of SSR Part -I. (p) Steel wire rope of adequate size as per relevant IS and as per manufacturer specifications. (q) Other standard fixtures and fitting like guide rails, sheaves, counter weights with guards, buffers, gear unit breaks, control panel, locks, governor, car operational panel, power, control and trailing cables complete. (r) Full length display indicator panel. (s) Main drives and control shall be of latest, high effective and low power consumption. (t) Suitable phase reversal relay shall be provided on the controller to protect lift / equipment against phase reversal, phase failure and low voltage. (u) Stainless steel front opening type landing door & car door with small opening for vision of size 200 mm x 800 mm with toughened glass not likes than 8mm thick. SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XVII: OUTSOURCING OF LIFTS DURING SECOND YEAR DEFECTS LIABILITY PERIOD

Notes for (OUTSOURCING SERVICES FOR LIFT) : (i) The lift shall be operated daily in two shifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) The timings for two shifts of 8 hours each daily i.e. First shift be from 0630 hours to 1430 Hours and Second Shift shall be from 1430 Hours to 2230 Hours. (iii) In case of non function of passenger lift, the Goods Lift installed in the same building shall be operated as directed. (iv) The work shall be supervised by adequately qualified supervisor with relevant experience of minimum 5 years items under BoQ shall be deemed to be including the same. (v) The unit rate is deemed to include for maintaining log books, record of repair /replacement of perished/unserviceable, minor adjustments, minor repairs of all accessories, cleaning/up keeping of lift and surrounding area as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (vi) One emergency light and necessary tools shall be available in a tool box with the operator in the shift for smooth functioning of lifts. (vii) Conveyance and communication system like mobile phone etc. shall be provided by the Bidders/Service providers to all Lift Attendants/Supervisors. (viii) The Bidders shall ensure housekeeping, environmental cleanliness of area all round the lift and the area shall be kept absolutely neat and clean. The lift attendant shall clean the Lift car cabin, all landing floors and tiles all round lift doors with necessary cleaning material such as cotton cloth and cleaning solution etc.

(ix) The Bidders shall abide by the latest Labour rules and minimum wages Act. Wages paid by the bidders to the persons employed shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by the state/central government from time to time whichever is higher. The Bidders shall also insure the workmen employed on the job. (x) The Bidders is responsible for insurance, EPF, ESI, Bonus, Labour welfare cess et., as applicable and shall be paid to the workmen as per existing Labour rules/ Acts/ regulations and rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for the same. (xi) Dress Code : The bidders shall provide the workmen with Dark Blue Colour uniform {formal pant & T-shirt} with labels showing/ printed i.e. "Name of the firm and designation" on front and on the back of the T-shirt along with protective clothing/ gear. The bidders shall also provide shoes to the workers and the persons shall not be allowed to enter the work site without wearing shoes. (xii) INSURANCE: The Bidders shall be responsible for all Accidents/Injuries happening to the workmen. Any accident causing minor/fatal injury, partial disability due to any untoward on account of any mishandling/ wrong operation/ lack of knowledge of safety precautions or on account of any circumstances beyond his/ their control, the bidders shall be solely responsible for settling all claims of compensation to the deceased, falling which department will have a right to recover any sum indicated/ claimed by Labour commissioner/court authorities. No claim whatsoever will be entertained in this regard. No compensation is payable by the department on this account. Bidders shall provide first aid boxes to meet any emergency situations.

(xiii) The rate quoted by the bidders shall be deemed to be including basic rate [Minimum wages by Government of India/ State Government/ local body, whichever is higher], employers contribution towards Employees Provident Fund [EPF] liability , contribution towards Employees state insurance corporation [EISC], contribution towards Bonus, Overhead and profit and Labour welfare Cess [LWC] as applicable depending upon the manpower requirement. This will create onus on the bidders to ascertain in the relevant rates and quote accordingly. The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all Taxes, Cess, levies as applicable including GST. (xiv) The prevailing Rate/wage/Contribution shall be as applicable on the bid submission end date. (xv) DRESS Code: The bidders shall providers shall provide the workmen with dark Blue colour uniform (Formal Pant & T-Shirt) wth labels showing printed i.e. " Name of the firm and Designation" on front and on the back of the T-shirt along with protective clothing/gear. The bidders/Service providers shall also provide shoes to the workers and the persons shall not be allowed to enter the work sie without wearing shoes. (xvi) INSURANCE: The bidders shall be responsible for all Accidents/injuries happening to the workmen.

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated Passenger lifts 8 passengers (544 KG) of (G+9 floors) (02 Nos) complete including ARD and all connected components of lift 3rd year after expiry of Defect liability period all as specified and directed.

NOTES (COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF LIFT) : (i) Comprehensive maintenance consists of preventive and breakdown services including replacement of material and labour for major/minor spare parts and consumables like topping of Oils/grease/door rollers/relays/door belts/gate lock contacts and hardware like bolts and nuts including load testing of lift for satisfactory performance once in a year complete and rate quoted by the tenderer includes for the above Lifts. (ii) Preventive maintenance consists of carrying out routine check by skilled personnel as specified in Particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and lubricating to all moving parts, topping parts, topping up of oils as per Lubrication Chart including Material and labour for all consumable and major/minor spare parts. (iii) Breakdown maintenance consists of attending to the faults that may occur and carrying out necessary repairs to electrical, control circuits and mechanical components including materials & labour for all minor & major spare parts and consumables of the lift that may occur during the operation. (iv) Fortnightly, quarterly maintenance registers shall be maintained and signed by the site engineer and contractor. (v) Load testing shall be arranged by the contractor to the Lift for which repairs were carried out as and when directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (vi) All maintenance works shall be carried out by well qualified tradesmen and supervisor of OEM.
