REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF PPGI/RCC ROOF TREATMENT, FALSE CEILING MISC ITEMS IN MD ACCN UNDER AGE B/R-I AT YOL MIL STN

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n exc 2 Km, Complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or stone masonry surface in CM 1:4 finished the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement on external wall surface, complete all as specified.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as directed.

Preparing of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coat cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces, complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster/decayed concrete from RCC roof projections/upward parapet walls/down facia/soffits and fins of RCC chajjas/beams/columns/balconies etc. and also applying one coat of anti corrision paint to visible reinforcement if any. Supply and fixing by means of nailing wire netting of galvanised wire 1.40mm dia and mesh size 20mm and brushing neat cement slury with 3.00 Kg of cement/sqm and M&L for 20mm thick cement rendering in two layers of 10mm each using shot gun or pressure nozzle for grouting the surface well bonded wih reinforcement (top/final layer shall be rendered after final setting of under layer) in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces including scaffolding at a height upto 7.00 mtrs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 Km, all as specified and as directed.

M&:L for Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-2, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture, all as specified and directed by Engg-In-charge.

Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

S&F Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc..with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified and directed by Engg-In-charge.

All as per srl item No 9 above but for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops hand made sliding bolts etc. all as specified and directed.
