Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :including carriage of material with lead and lift as per dirction of engineer in-Charge Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete Columns

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.Add for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein. Providing and fixing 0.50mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentai charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 0.50mm thick prepainted steel sheet in Ridge with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentai charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Installation of Rubber Tile made from recycled rubber uniform color, strong and durable quality, light weighr and tear resistance having 15mm thick with tensile strength 1.5 MPA to 2.0 MPA, % elongation break at 100 to 130, and density of 980 kg/m3, hardness Shoe A 62 and no deformation in temperature variation -20 degree celsius to 100 degree celsius and fire resistant. Material must be anti-skid, foot grip, scratch resistance and highly impact resistance. Rubber tile must be fixed with floor proper adhesive chemical glue as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
