Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces including cleaning by brooming down or with steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulded moss and efflorescent salts and cleaning oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on walls including cleaning the floor/joinery surfaces, glass pans, all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but one coat of cement base paint on external surfaces of walls complete all as specified.

Applying two one of synthetic enamel paint on old painted concrete, brick, stone or plastered or like kerb stone etc. surfaces of any description, not otherwise described exceeding 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed.

Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in 35mm thick louvres and jallies, (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 Litre/ 10 sqm, including preparation of old surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars complete all as specified.

Brick work with old size fly ash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), all as specified.

Fly ash brick work with old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified.

PCC M-15, nominal mix, B-0 using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as, in lintels up to 1.5 metre clear span cuts, steps seismic and other similar bends, coping, bands plates for serving hold fasts etc. and the like including weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified. Note:- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on other than fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC, all as specified. Note :- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and appling two coats of cement base paint, complete, all as specified.
