Curtain works

Supplying and laying polyester, washable and stain free cloth(Bio-Active fabric washable germ free suitable for sterile area) curtain system with maximum curtain cloth height 230 cm(top 30 cm white colour net and 200cm light blue color as per approval) stitching with stifiner tape, pleats, ironing and laying around each bed using PVC runner with hooks & stopper for hanging/sliding etc. as per the direction of engineer in charge including conveyance to site, laying in line and level, sealing all cutting in false ceiling with powder coated MS cup, all leads and lifts including all labour charges etc. complete. (unpleated length of the cloth measurement will be considered for payment also the bottom and top foldings will not be considered in cloth measurement)/ supplying and fixing powder coated 20mm dia. GI round tube hanging support of required length(app. length 1.10m) one end fixing from slab by using 6mm dia expansion bolt at a distance not more than 2m, c/c down end fixed to powder coated aluminium channel frame 45 x 20mm x 1mm thick section by using SS screw as per the direction of engineer in charge including conveyance.

Demolishing work

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.In cement mortar

False ceiling

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37 mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50 mm long with 6 mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5x25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound, jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with:12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum moisture resistant board

PRESSURE SENSOR ( Negative pressure room)<br>SITC of suitable rated negative pressure sensor with digital display for easy identification. The unit shall be compatible to use in HVAC, Sterile room domains and easy to operate. The unit shall be made of 304SS or higher for durability. all units shall be pre approved by HLL Electrical Engineer in charge or Engineer in charge before installation. All QA/QC certificate shall be submitted to Electrical engineer for approval as required and all works required.

FIRE DAMPER WITH FUSIBLE LINK<br>SITC of Fire damper with fusible link having certified fire withstand conditions for 2 hours - 4 hours, as per existing guidelines and UL555 testing standards and having suitable frame size made of galvanized steel of 1.6mm thickness. DAMPER BLADE shall be single skin and have 3 accurately roll formed longitudinal grooves for reinforcement and proper closure. etc. complete as required.

MEDICAL GAS WORKS

22mm OD X .9mm THIICK Cu PIPE<br>SITC of copper pipes manufactured from phosphorous deoxidised non-arsenical copper of grade CW024A (Cu-DHP), manufactured EN 13348:2008 to metric outside diameters and having mechanical properties, pipes shall be of R250 (half hard)temper. Pipes shall be degreased suitable for oxygen use and cleanliness is to be maintained by filling each pipe with dry, clean, oil and oxygen free nitrogen, fitting suitable end caps and protectively wrapping. Solid drawn, seamless, deoxidised, non- arsenical, half hard, tempered and degreased copper tubes manufactured to metric outside diameters and should have mechanical properties in accordance with HTM 02-01 and conforming to EN13348:2008.The pipes should also be accompanied with manufacturer’s test certificate for the physical and chemical composition. Copper Fittings should be as per HTM 02-01. All plastic saddles should have brass screws. as per the specifications and requirements, painting of the pipes installed as per color code for medical gas system is also under the scope of contractor<br>20 mm

22 mm BALL VALVE (MGPS)<br>SITC of Line Valves for use in plant rooms and to facilitate the isolation of areas or areas where area zone valve are unnecessary. These shall be of the ball valve type and shall be constructed of a nickel plated brass body, PTFE seats and brass chrome plated ball. The valve shall be operated by a manual operating lever by 90º turn. All medical gas line ball valves shall provide a full bore flow and shall be cleaned for oxygen service and fully tested. The valve assembly shall terminate in copper stub pipes to enable brazing directly into the distribution system using the flux less brazing technique. A locking device shall be provided to lock the valve in either the fully open or fully closed position. Line valves shall be located in readily accessible areas of ducts and shafts, however care should to ensure safety to prevent danger from leakage. Line valve installation should be carried out as per HTM 2022/HTM 02-01 standards.

Oxygen Flow meter with Humidifier Bottle<br>SITC of Flow meter Back pressure Compensated. Flow meter would be accurate gas flow measurement and control within a range of 0-15 liters per minute. It would meet strict precision and durability standards. Flow meter body would be made of brass material. Flow tube and shroud components would be made of clear, impact resistant polycarbonate. The humidifier bottle would be unbreakable polycarbonate material and autoclavable at 134 degrees centigrade. The humidifier would have built in safety valve.

Vacuum regulator with suction bottle<br>SITC of Single piece wall mounted suction collection & regulation unit With jar capacity of 600 ml each shall be provided at each of the bed side. Jars would be made of autoclavable materials. The units shall be clamped neatly to the wall using suitable clamps

Gas / Vacuum Outlets<br>SITC of Gas/Vacuum Outlets with Front loading type terminal outlets designed to dispense medical gases or an inlet for medical vacuum to the secondary equipment flow meters, Surgical Tools, Suction regulators, etc. Terminal unit sealed by O ring.
