Interior partition and furnishing works of Administrative Complex at Palarivattom

Fabricating and fixing in position marine ply wood double skinned partitions with doors at specified locations as per drawing including all fixtures , hardware, butt hinges and mortise lock with handles of approved make. (Partitions / integral doors shall have glass pane portions per design ) Partitions shall be of design approved using anodised aluminium frames of section 50*50*1.0 mm or nearest section for structural verticals & horizontals, marine plywood conforming to IS 710: 2010 on both sides of 6mm or higher thickness finished with decorative laminates 1.00mm thickness of approved make (Plywood kitply/Greenply /Century or equivalent) conforms to standards, laminates of approved make(Merino/New Mica or equivalent)shall be fixed in patterns approved in advance, Glazed area of partitions shall be with clear glass of minimum thickness of 10mm subject to the design. Flush door shall have approxinate size of 90x210 cm ,30mm thick with vision panel 10mm thick clear glass and door frames with IS 710grade ply wood/hard wood. Lippings /edge profiles shall be with 12 mm thick beech wood reaper for protecting the glass including necessary electrical point cutting etc complete.

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights in conference hall and wherever necessary as instructed by engineer in charge with 12mm thick Gypsum Board of make India gypsum / Gyproc / vans or equivalent to be laid in true horizontal level suspended from RCC slab / beam on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall SS screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall be include cost of all materials, labour charges, provision for cutting, opening, providing additional frames to accommodate lighting fixtures, AC grills, providing steps, vertical offsets etc. but excluding painting making good for finishing etc. complete as directed. (Design of ceiling shown in annexure)Measurement for payment shall be the plan area of ceiling and no extra shall be payable on account of any projections/cove for LED lightings as per the approved drawing.

Manufacturing and installing decorative wall panelling as per drawings in various sizes using marine plywood conforming to IS 710: 2010, 12 mm thick for walls, shall be finished with 1mm decorative laminates of approved make and design All edges are finished with 1 mm lamination/edge band including levelling and packing as required.

Providing and placing work tables as per drawings in various sizes using marine plywood conforming to IS 710: 2010,and Each work station shall be provided with the following. (A)Table top-Providing and fixing table top made of 16mm thick marine plywood finished with 1mm laminate of approved colour and shade on exposed faces including necessary opening for grommets, cables, brackets etcAll the visible edges of the table shall be covered 2x22 mmPVC edge band .(B) Pedestal - Pedestal units shall be provided for all tables as per drawing. They shall be made of marine plywood 16mm thick with 1mm laminate of approved colour & shade on exposed faces. Each pedestal should have 1 drawer and one cabinet with door. The drawer should be of 150mm thick and 45 cm depth provided with telescopic slider of EBCO or approved equivalent. The remaining portion shall be of a cabinet with door. The pedestal unit shall be provided with individual locking arrangements and handles. All panels inside shall be finished 0.6MM white lamination (C) Metal key board tray- Each workstation should be provided PVC l key board tray of EBCO or approved equivalent make. (D)CPU Stand -Each workstation should be provided with Plywood make CPU and UPS stand as per the approved design (E) General - All work table shall be provided with levelling screws,grommets,minifix,locks,handles and sliders whereever required. Grommets shall be provided wherever required as directed. All hardware shall be of SS 304 grade Ebco or approved equivalant. Providing 3nos 6A switch &Socket on the front panel with 1 power switch ,Telephone and LAN socket (Power switch should be a seperate module on the left side leg of each table of Legrand/Havells or equivalent (Wire cables of Finolex/V-guard), Plywood conforming to IS 710:2010 ( Kitply/Green ply/Century or as approved), (Lamination with New Mica/ Merino)

Providing , manufactoring and placing office storage units as per the drawings in various sizes using marine ply wood conforming to IS 710:2010 grade(Kitply/Greenply/Century or equivalent) ,16mm thick for walls , shelf and front door and 6 mm thich for rear cover with stainless steel hardware fittings, locks and screws of 304 grade SS of make Ebco or approved equivalent and out side shelf shall be finished with with 1mm decorative laminates of approved make(Sunmica/newmica or equivalent) and design and inside using 0.60mm white lamination. All the edge shall have approved edge banding(2x22 mm for doors, side leg and top, 0.60x22 mm for inner side, shelf and skirting )Skirting shall be 10 cm above the floor level , Measurement in front face shall be considered for payment and decorative projection shall not be included

Providing , manufactoring and placing office glazed shelf per the drawings in various sizes using marine ply wood conforming to IS 710:2010 grade(Kitply/Greenply/Century or equivalent) ,16mm thick for walls , shelf and front door(bottom portion of 60cm height) and 6 mm thick for rear cover and glazed shutter for remaining 150cm height using 6mm plain glass panels with stainless steel hardware fittings, locks and screws of 304 grade SS of make Ebco or approved equivalent and out side shelf shall be finished with with 1mm decorative laminates of approved make (merino/newmica or equivalent) and design and inside using 0.60mm white lamination. All the edge shall have approved edge banding (2x22 mm for doors, side leg and top, 0.60x22 mm for inner side, shelf and skirting )Skirting shall be 8 cm above the floor level , Measurement in front face shall be considered for payment and decorative projection shall not be included

Providing and fixing Cash Counter using 16mm Marineply wood IS :710 :2010grade(Kitply, Green ply/Century or equivalent) with 1mm lamination. Approx counter size:420x75x110cm (With table size approx 140x75x75cm-3 Nos), Hardware using Ebco minifix, sliders, handles,buhes etc ,Each table have 1 pedestal unit, metal Keyboard tray, CPU& printer Stand.Each pedestal unit should have one drawer and a cabinet with drawer Above the table top a counter top shall be provided with 25 mm marine plywood with 1 mm lamination and 2x30mm PVC edge band. Providing 3 Nos 6A socket ,Telephone and LAN socket on the front panel with 1 power switch with wiring, (Power switch should be a seperate module on the left side leg of each table)All the visible edges shall be provided with 2x22 mm PVC edge band(Measurement including the partition wall up to counter top level)

Providing and fixing flush door using the material IS 710:2010 grade marineplywood 6 mm thick wirh 1 mm decoratice lamination on both sides of the frame structure using hard wood of Mahagony/beech wood.Hard ware using Ebco or equivalent make mortise door lock with handles, latch bolt, door closer etc, providing vision panels with 6 mm clear glass, providing 3 line 7.2 mm golden steel beeding , door thickness 30mm for doors of all sizes.

Providing cot of size 180x90x55 cm using 50x50 mm powder coated MS square sections and top with 12mm thick IS 303grade marine plywood

Providing and fixing transperent plastic sticker pasting on partition glass with pressure sensitive type clear colour adhesive, Class A-ASTM E84 ,film thickness 1 mm minimum with mat surface finish as per the approved design and pattern for boardes/strips ( consisting 3 Nos strips of minimum 30 mm each)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on ceiling / wall surface including cost of all materials, labour charges etc.complete.

Painting ceiling with acrylic emulsion paint two or more coats of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including cost of all materials, labour charges etc.complete. :
