Demolition above G.L.upto floor two level including disposal of unserviceable materials within 20 metres un-reinforced cement concrete upto 15cm. Thickness. lead. and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax, Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 200x200mm Two hundred into two hundred millimeter) MDOUBLE CHARGE/ULTRA CHARGE VITRIFIED Tiles Nitco or equivalentas per approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm (twelve millimeter) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) jointed with cement slurry finishing with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required up to all floor level, complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer,-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts, and other incidental.The rate is inclusive of Royality, Malkana, Octroi, Toll Tax ,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying upto all floor level White glazed tiles of size 300x300mm (three hundred into three hundred millimeters) and 6mm (six millimeters) thick of approved brand and make (Kajaria/Swastik/Somany/bell/Johnson tiles in skirting, treads of steps and dado for all heights, laid on 12mm (twelve millimeters) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement is to three sand) and jointed with white cement slurry complete as per HPPWD specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax or any taxes imposed by the Government. Providing and fixing 40mm (forty millimeter) thick second class Deodar Wood wire gauze shutters using galvanized MS wire gauze of IS gauge designation 85-G (eighty five-G) with wire of diameter 0.56mm (zero point five six millimeters) for doors, windows and clearstory windows including bright finished black enamelled iron butt hinges, with necessary screws etcetera complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Royality, Malkana, Octroi, Toll Tax ,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing prepainted sandwich puff roofing with top skin of 0.60mm (Zero point six zero millimeter) thickness prepainted steel sheet over steel trusses made of cold rolled steel coil, having a puff depth of 50mm (fifty millimeter) and weight of puff 35 to 37Kg. (thirty five to thirty seven kilogramme) per cubic meter and interior skin 0.05mm (zero point zero five millimeter) thick of approved shade including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimeter) diameter with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesseries as required and steel frames are to be painted as per HPPWD specifications or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.The rate is inclusive of Royality, Malkana, Octroi, Toll Tax ,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Distempering (two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture (Nerolac/Asian or equivalent make) and of required shade on un-decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper, primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is inclusive of Royality, Malkana, Octroi, Toll Tax ,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning, oil, grease, dirt and sand papering and knotting with ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink of approved brand and manufacture (Narolac/Asian paints or its equivalent) complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Narolac/Asian paints or its equivalent) and of approved shade to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Painting one coat(excluding priming coat)on previously painted wood and wood based urfaces with enamel paint on wooden jalli, Wooden Chhajja to given and even shade including cleaning of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping and other foreign matter complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.The rate is inclusive of Royality, Malkana, Octroi, Toll Tax ,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work, composed of beams, joists, channels, angles, tees, flats and connecting plates or angle cleats etc. as in trusses and trussed purlins, main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like in building including cutting, fixing, lifting, hoisting and placing in position complete and applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.The rate is inclusive of Royality, Malkana, Octroi, Toll Tax ,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two or more coats to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth and carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is inclusive of Royality, Malkana, Octroi, Toll Tax ,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation in foundation for all types of structures such as retaining walls, breast walls, culvers, drains, parapets and other similar structures in all kinds and classification of soil, including saturated soil comprising of ordinary mix soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) complete as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification clause 305.1 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete 1:5:10 (one cement: five sand : ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) for plain cement concrete, in or under water in open foundation for all types of structures, including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface/sub-soil watering) and including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/depth and any quantum of water including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and other incidentals. Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (un coursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement is to six sand is to twelve graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) and curing complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Brick work using Second class common burnt clay buildings bricks in foundation and plinth with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) and curing complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental, and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Second class half brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto all heights/floor level in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four sand) shall be provided with hoop iron and curing complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental, or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and applying 15mm (fifteen millimeters) thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles in all girth and finished even and smooth complete as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and applying 15mm (fifteen millimeters) thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles in all girth and finished even and smooth complete as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is inclusive of Royality, Malkana, Octroi, Toll Tax ,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Wall painting (two or more coats) with interior emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture of (Heritage/ALLTECK/Narolac/Asian paints) of interior grade and of approved shade on undecorated concrete/ stone/ plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other forein matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for making the surface complete as per HPPWD specifications, approved drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is inclusive of Royality, Malkana, Octroi, Toll Tax ,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolts anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary bolts, nuts and screws etcetera complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of octroi, toll tax or any taxes imposed by the Government (250x16mm (two hundred fifty into sixteen millimeters).

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts (Barrel type) anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with screws etc. complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
